Fast service!!

It took me a moment or two to figure out how to use the app, but once I did, smooth sailing. I am delighted to be able to use Word again in my writing, and was pleased with the price. I prefer the older version to the new AI one. The staff were ready to assist if there were any glitches. I would highly recommend getting your apps from them!

I would give a rating of 6 stars or even 7 stars. Everything on my MS Office 2024 Pro Plus seems to be working just fine now. I still have a couple questions of which I await simple answers, but the programs work great at last!

First I asked a question of Kymaker via their website. Iwas concerned about validity of the software. (Win10 Pro) I was pleasantly surprised that I got a response from the quickly and I was satisfied with their explanation of my questions. I know that doesn't really mean they're absolutely trust worthy, it was enough for me to decide to go ahead and spend the very small amount that I was spending for that Operating System.
I received a confirmation of purchase immediately and then within minutes I got an email with the key. That email also included an .iso file for the Op system but I didn't need that because I had already installed Windows 10 on my laptop. The provided key worked perfectly and it validated my install just as it should.
I'm very happy with the purchase and the whole process. I will use Kymaker again if I need something.

The keys work perfectly and the delivery time is immediate (no waiting via email). The download and installation instructions are super easy to follow.

The MS Office 2024 program is great, but I am still experiencing some difficulties with Outlook. The help I have had so far is practical - nonetheless, I still have difficulties with the program. I am sure that when this issue is resolved the rating will be 6 stars or more. :-)

Their customer service has gone right down the tubes. I used to have many smooth transactions. But, lately I've had problems with two key codes and it has taken days to even get someone to reply. And by then - it's too late and I need a refund because I had to go somewhere else. Their phone number NEVER connects to anyone and they are extremely slow to answer emails to their support address. Maybe success has gone to their heads - but I am displeased as I previously had great luck with them

Quick keys for windows at oem prices. Only issue was the iso download was 22H2 requiring hours and hours of patches to 25H2

Keymakers is a very honest company, they truly care for their customer. I got in trouble for Win 11, keys to upgrade from win 11 home to win 11 prof. I reached out to them, they did not blame me to place a wrong order, but they helped me to get new keys and resolved my issue. I have been buying Microsoft software from them for last few years. I always experienced pleasant and helpful support desk. They go above and beyond their normal tasks. It must be rewarded - I can only say "Thank you very much". I am looking forward for a long lasting relation with this company. In todays world you surely do not find such a fine and decent company to work with.. Thanks again for your customer service.
