Love the Kyodan Forme pocket leggings. They are comfortable, durable, true to size and great value. They arrived quickly and I’m looking forward to their new season.

Easy to order
Easy to order. My order arrived promptly. Love the look, fit and price of the vest. My only quibble is the zipper is a bit fiddly. Thanks

Prompt shipping
Prompt shipping! Eventhough I really liked the jacket I ordered, it was too big so I had to return it. The online return process was simple and efficient.

Defective Product and Poor Customer Service
I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received so far.
I purchased a raincoat that arrived defective. I contacted you to request an exchange for the same item in a smaller size and provided the information requested. However, I was then asked to send additional photos and clarify what I wanted, even though my original email already explained my request.
I am still waiting for a resolution. It takes approximately two days to receive each response, and despite this delay, my issue remains unresolved.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a much more efficient and customer-oriented service, especially when dealing with a defective product.
I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear solution to this matter.

Fast shipping poor quality
Shipping was extremely fast which I was very happy for it. Quality was good and ws also happy for it but I have had the vest for a week, worn it literally 3 times and one of the snap buttons has already fell off.

Love the matching sets deal
Love the matching sets deal. This is innovative shopping I wish other retailers offer. Often, I have to hunt for matching items and it's annoying so kudos to a good solution. I hope one day, you facilitate customers of different heights by making it easier to find items that will fit them. It's easy to publish inseam lengths but better to eventually offer petite, regular, and small. May you grow and continue to change.
