Did not work for my sore back

I tried Kyrobak for the full trial period and I did not
feel that it helped my back pain improve or ease
up at all.I have returned it and am now awaiting to
see credit on my credit card.

Hard to believe

Didn't really expect this to be helpful after years of chronic sore, spasming low back, especially after exertion. Surprisingly, I find myself using the Kyrobak at least once and sometimes twice a day. The motion actually seems to relax the muscles and substantially ease the discomfort. Not bad for only 10 min. of use!!!

EDIT: Hi Charlie, I looked into your issue and found the following.

You ordered a Kyrobak on Sep 7, 2015.

On Sep 16, you called our Customer Support team to update your payment info.

On Oct 2, you called our Customer Support team to again update your payment info.

On Nov 11, you called our Customer Support team to begin the return process and a link to a shipment label was emailed to you. All return label links are active for 10 days.

On Nov 24, you called our Customer Support team to make them aware that you had all the info needed to send in the return including the shipment label sent to you via email.

On April 4, Customer Support received a call from you requesting an update on your return. The return shipping label was not used so we were unable to track the returned product. Customer Support requested tracking information (assuming you had not used the prepaid label previously sent to you) to verify the package had arrived in the returns facility and you stated you no longer had the tracking number. You also stated that you did not have our phone number, were unable to contact Customer Support and felt you were being scammed by Kyrobak.

We apologize for your frustration but we do need the product in our returns facility in order to process a refund. Without a record of your return (tracking number), our Customer Support team is unable to process the refund. The phone number you used on 5 occasions between September 2015 and April 2016 is our dedicated Customer Support line.

If you're able to provide tracking at any point, please contact cs@kyrobak.com and we'll happily refund you the purchase price.

So far, so great

I have been using the Kyrobak for several weeks now - I use it around 3/4 mornings a week. It took me a while to learn how to relax into the movement, if that makes any sense, as my body didn't quite know how to "let go" at first. The movement is very soothing once you get used to it (I now find it utterly relaxing).

I had my second bout of sciatica last year, and - unlike one I had had the previous year - after the initial pain disappeared, I was left with a niggling, constant pain in my lower left leg (from the knee down only). Strange, especially as it initially went away, only to reappear! I ended up having to go down stairs one at a time - ugh!

To cut a long story short, having tried various remedies, including the Bowen Technique, the pain-free moments were few and far between. Saw ad for Kyrobak and, in desperation, decided to go for it, as they say. Unless this is a coincidence, my left leg is so much better and relatively pain-free. I no longer limp and can walk down stairs normally.

I have not given review a 5th star only because I am very cynical by nature but, given what I have seen so far, this is the best investment I have ever made.

Temporary Relief

Works to relief back pain, but temporary fix. Doesn't last too long. Provides a nice break in the evening to meditate while moving the back.

Relief.

Lee I Lawson. At first I didn't think it was helping me at all, but there were times when I was in a lot of pain.I used the Kyroba.and it helps a lot but you should use it twice a day.

I will return the Kyrobak.

My back hurt worse the next day after trying it for the first time. I let my back rest for a few days and tried it again for a week to ten days every day. I felt little relief. Stretching relieves the tension and pain better.

It works really well.

I was having trouble with my hips aching and couldn't stand long periods of time. I have chronic low back pain. The Kyrobak helps take the soreness in my muscles away. When I use it, I feel much better and can deal with the pain better. I only use Tylenol 1900 mg a day. I am 74 and I think I am doing good with Kyrobak.

I love it!

This machine provides pain relief, which I needed very badly. It is important to stay consistent in its use. I am quite surprised how helpful it has been and appreciate it more than I can say.
