I bought china from Lobjet- the silver braided rim turned blackish in various places . It said Dishwasher safe and my dishwasher has a china setting.
I sent photos to the company and then sent a plate - they replied that they never saw this problem and there was nothing they could do.this was for a second home and it was barely used. I have an antique set of china in my primary home that I have used many many times and it is in perfect condition. shame on them for not addressing this issue. I’m an interior designer and I will never recommend this company to my clients!

1st delivery hand soap was broken. It took weeks for them to e-send me a return label, which I thought was redundant since the bottle was cracked, leaking and had already spilled. It came with out a box. When ordering for the first time they required id pic, plus pic of the card, etc. - after I verified their legitmacy I made the purchase. I realized they are a low tech company trying to make a profit off of what is marketed as "high end".

Customer service after my verification, was poor. I order from around the world and have had superior service to compared it this company.

This company - not sure it understands that "the basics" customer service, professional responsibility and understanding all facets of sales, the beginning, the middle and the end result of customer satisfaction.

..give it a go. just do not expect too much as far as customer service.

Never buy from them! They adding 50% of the value of the items (which are already very expensive) for import duty to the UK (from Portugal). The bill from FedEx comes months later. It was not included in the price, not ever mention that the actual price is 50% higher. Never came across a company laying to customers like L'objet. What a shame, because the objects are very nice but not worth it. In fact, you might be charged a few times over since they send fragile items carelessly. The first time arrived broken without any protection. So you need to pay them import duty for their sloppiness too. This is how terrible customer care and service ruins companies.

I bought a super expensive bar of men's soap from them: Bois Sauvage. You could only detect the scent with your nose pressed against the bar which disappeared after the first hand-wash. I now have a bar of completely scentless useless soap sitting in my bathroom.
