Sizing runs very small
Sizing runs very small. I usually wear a small so sized up for a better fit, but the medium was still to small. Tight sleeves and small shoulder ratio. Like the look, but def needed two or three sizes bigger to fit comfortably

No response from customer service
I ordered a jacket twice. The first did not fit correctly and I emailed customer service for help on exchanging the item and never received any communication. Upon receiving no response I placed a second order for a larger size for my husband. We received the second jacket yesterday and one of the buttons is broken off the jacket. I would love to exchange for a fixed one, but never heard back from you guys for help. Ups said it was be $600 USD to mail the jackets back. I've now lost $200 USD due to not being able to exchange the first jacket and receiving poor quality on the second jacket.

The T-shirt I got was great and fit well. But I have emailed in, messaged on social media as well that my order hasn’t been delivered in full. I ordered one of the caps as well and no one has gotten back to me regarding a refund or where my cap is...I would be happy to change the rating once I know whether I’m getting a refund or another delivery.

Bad experience 2 times with them
I ordered a Tshirt in March. The item did never arrive. I sent them 3-4 emails until I got finally answered. They offered another T Shirt to compensate for that. That was the 21st April. Today, 7th Im still waiting for the second to arrive. Won’t buy again.

I apologise for the poor level of service you've received.
I can see that the replacement t-shirt we offered was sent on the 20th April and as of today (7th May) is in your local distribution centre. Unfortunately given the current pandemic it really is a mixed bag with the couriers at the minute.
For instance I can see you placed another order on 30th April and this was delivered yesterday (6th May).
I can only apologise for the inconvenience and the lack of communication you have received.
