I wouldn’t give this service even 1 star. Multiple issues with plan reactivation and unexpected charges despite store visits. Support initially helped but now refuses fixes, wasting my money. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend Labas to anyone.

Don't use this at any cost. Internet speed is same as non-existant. Loading a web page made of JUST TEXT is a challenge. And no, it's not about the area I live in or anything. They just want your money and nothing else. Labas? More like goodbye. Rip the sim card in half and find a better provider.

Worse internet services, don't waste your energy on. They can activate 2 data on one sim card, its a scam they just want money , no customer services. scam scam scam. run

Worst provider ever !!! Steals money, advertise things they dont do, but tells you that only after you gave money to them. Plan was twice expensive than in adds and during first month. Absolutely false advertising, but noone cares.

Now after few month they stole money while toping up, despite me disconnecting internet.

Any customers number is paid, so no chance to get to them unless you pay and even then they say theirs rules, never cares about theirs custumers.

After 6 month i quit and will never return to them and will never recomend them ! Fact !!!

Very sad ... have operation in hospital and no chance for internet and calls despite me topping up the account ...

Very bad internet, it’s so slow to the point where its impossible to use.

Criminals data always expires and itself switches for two euro 1gb cannot disconnect either

After monthly subscription expires they ask to top up within 24 hrs to extend but in the meanwhile their website is down and they keep sucking dry the remaining pennies from your account. They also send a message telling post factum that they will keep doing this, while relying on the technological incapabilities and your failure to react. Every piece of IT sweater who works there and helps them is a small fracture of nobody with a huge deficit in self confidence.

Absolute cheaters. Bought 3 cards with unlimited internet for 5 days. One was not working after 2 days, next one 3 days and mine was ok. But how come unlimited internet gets limited. Toped up for a week and same thing again. Its not that they slow it down but they cut of and only at night time alows few notifications to come true and back gone again. Absolute cheaters. Not worh the money

I have Labas sim card for a long time ago. Plans are not very expensive at the moment that is one of the reason why I'm still using. Ability to choose a plan that match your criteria. You can pay with bank card. I hope they will invest more money in better Labas app. I think I will give them 4/5 starts.
