I love the pilot and expansion kit, but I ordered those kits through a 3rd party. This is the second time I’ve placed an order with labbox only to have it never ship. The first time was a year ago and I had to reach out to the company for them to inform me that they didn’t have the products in stock. I asked for a refund. Now, a year later, I decided to give it another try only to have the same thing happen. The difference is, I reached out weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back. I want to like this company but they’ve been completely unreliable.

It has bin a week still it did not com I hate you I’ve sent 3 emails and chat 3 times and still did not respond DISOPONTED

I had ordered a block ( a buzzer ) and the labbox education team did everything they could so i could get my order even when the post office declined the order because it was small, Thank you.

When you think of engineering in general, it might seem like something too complex to introduce to children, but with LABBOX it’s really awesome!

The kits are super! I had only on problem at the fairy wheel witch has a component made from plastic and it was very low qualitative. I did not write to the supplier otherwise for sure it was replaced.
Regarding the service i give 7 stars not 5. i ordered the kits with 2 days before Christmas and i spoke with them to send them quickly. Before Christmas i had them :). They are very good for children and they stayed very focused to build the robots. We had 4 kits.

“The best present you could ever choose” - this was the reaction of my son (10). He was very excited and loved the whole process of building but also the fun part on website and collecting XP. We look forward to the new package next month. ☺️ Thank you Labbox! Keep up the good work!

My child loves Labbox. He is always looking forward to the new project. The educational platform is very intuitive and interactive.

I always dreamed of something like this to play with when was a child. Glad someone thought of creating it.

I sent to you one email and a message on chat and You didn’t answer me. I want to buy a package from you and I asked witch one is better for my son. I even payd 1 euro for nothing.
