The light you're seeing is actually a built-in feature of the Ionic Air Purifier. It plays an important role in supporting the unit's air-cleaning function while it’s running.

At the moment, this light cannot be turned off separately from the purifier. If you find the glow a bit too bright for your bedroom or sleep environment, you might consider:

- Placing the unit in a nearby area, like just outside your bedroom door, or
- Gently covering the light with a small piece of opaque tape or fabric — just be sure not to block any vents or airflow.

I bought the 4 pack

I bought the 4 pack. 2 days ago one of them started making a loud noise. I’ve turned it off, let it sit, turn it back on. Still making the noise. It’s quite annoying ! The others, you don’t even know that they are there.

So far so good

So far so good! I share my home with one dog and 2 elderly cats of which one has allergies.
I’ve used the units for just over a week and she is definitely sneezing noticeably less now and there is a real difference the times I need to dust the furniture.

There was a great deal online so it made it a little bit more affordable. These are very expensive purifiers but so far I’m happy.

I am excited to get these compact…

Update: I am less than one month in, and I can definitely notice a difference in my house, especially in the bedroom where our two dogs insist on sleeping with us. I am giving five stars to these ionizors as they are most certainly working! ✔️

I am excited to get these compact ionizers which will hopefully replace my 20 yr old ionizer. However, you lost one star because of your own wording in your product instructions. You indicate that it could take 4 - 6 weeks to notice a difference, but you only give a 30 day guarantee. How do you reconcile that?

I am loving my air purifiers

I am loving my air purifiers! I am breathing better at night, the allergens aren't as bad in my house and I can tell a difference! I am probably going to buy more, one for every room. Bonus, the charging ports on each one!

It does exactly what it says it will…

It does exactly what it says it will do. My house would show new dust in a day. My glass tops, my wood, all dust free for a couple of weeks. It’s also very quiet. I have to be right next it and trying to listen in order to hear it. Thank you.

Well I am a senior and live in a small space so I got 2 of these and no difference in almost 3 weeks wanted to return and they have a restocking fee and have to pay for shipping I guess I will just donate but could of used my money back

Don't waste your money

I bought 9 of these. The warranty starts the day you receive the box. The machines give lots of light whether on (green) or off (red) you have to unplug to get the light off! Not conducive for good sleep. Right after the first one was plugged in, it started making a loud noise, loud enough that you hear it from the room and in the hall. The other ones all make noise! Open these as soon as you receive as you only have 30 days to return from the day they reflect received so if you have a delay due to personal reasons, you are screwed. They will send you a replacement, but will charge you an additional $15 to get a new one even though it was that way when you received. Oddly enough when you go back and read their warranty it is pretty clear. Read it closely before you buy because there is no mercy!

I’m amazed at how fast we could tell if…

I’m amazed at how fast we could tell if was working!!! My husband has super bad allergies and he is actually sleeping with NO sleep guard and NO snoring!!!!!! We both are getting a very good sleep schedule down. It’s a blessing!!!
1 in our master bedroom and one in the living room for now, I’m going to order more for the upstairs and into the game room. Thank you so much!!!

Pet dander and dust practically gone

We have a dog and 4 cats so we get plenty of dander. Also like everyone I have dust.
These iconic air fresheners are great. Sneezing not as much and don’t have to dust everyday.

I feel like the odors and bacteria are…

I feel like the odors and bacteria are effectively removed as it kept me from getting a stuffy nose within hours of setting it up. However of my 4 units 2 started making a high pitched noise and a rattle within a month-two when I emailed the company they wanted my Amazon order number, some I purchased one was a gift all from Amazon. All outside return window and nobody honors the 2 year warranty so we just turn them off and hope when they are turned back on the rattle is gone. Not seeing a big difference in dust.
