Label Amsterdam 

It’s a complete scam! They send cheap, incomplete products. The emails seem automated, and after a while they stop responding altogether. I even found sand on the products I received.

The quality of the clothes is very, very poor. Ordered 2 T-shirts. Looked great online but 100%.polyester and very cheap looking.
Asked to return them with money back. Offered 30% return and said I could keep the clothes or I could return them myself to China! Would never wear them. Awful.
Don't buy from them.

Label Amsterdam is a scam, They take photos of nice product and send you some sintetik look like item. They are in China and will never refund you any money.
First they tell you that you have 14 days to return it and you and you have to pay for the return or you can keep the otem if they keep the 10% since they prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions.
When you agree to pay 10% They tell you they cannot do that after all surpervisor agreed only to 20%
Scammers !!!!!!

I spent 334 Euros and the quality is extremely poor. I tried returning the items, as allowed by law, but they are not processing my return. I now have to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs.
TERRIBLE Company!!!!

Its absolute trash. I am a victim of online shopping. There is no way to return your money.

If I could give this a zero-star rating, I would.

The website gives the impression of a boutique closing-down sale in Amsterdam, advertising an 80% discount. Unfortunately, I fell for it and purchased six dresses.

After placing my order, I received a shipping confirmation—only to realize it was coming from China. Strangely, the website continued operating with the same "closing down" sale the next day.

Too late, I did a proper background check. A quick image search revealed that the dresses were actually from Temu or similar budget sites. When they arrived, they were nothing like the images—poor quality, cheap fabric, and different designs.

To make matters worse, returning them is at my expense, and the return address is in Asia.

SCAM. They made it seem like it was a dutch company closing after 10 years open, through an Instagram ad, and then clothes comes from China. Do not order.

The charge 70 EUR for products bought from Temu with same photos. In Temu costs 10 EUR and at the end the product does not look like on pictures.

I have been trying to contact customer service about an order. The amount has already been extracted from my account, but I have no receipt or tracking number. I ordered on Feb 25, and still no feedback.

Airwave van Label Amsterdam is echt een must! Super fijne föhn voor vele haar types en in no time droog haar. Ik vind het heel fijn dat de föhn helpt tegen pluizig haar. Dat scheelt dus weer een pompje olie in je haar. Aanrader dus!! Thank me later 💋 ✨
