OUTSTANDING customer service

OUTSTANDING customer service. I messaged Label Riot on Facebook asking some questions about their products. I was given some amazing help, all of my questions were answered and I was treated like a valued customer and a human being - which honestly is exceptionally rare these days with large companies. Taking the time to address my concerns, and help me pick an item and even going above and beyond to help me get what I wanted, was really shocking in the best way possible. Definitely restores my faith in internet companies, and whoever is doing their Facebook customer service should be promptly recognized. I highly recommend this company and I’m excited to continue to purchase from them in the future!
