Got the medium bag for my boyfriend, the large one for my brother. They are both delighted with their new bag ! The quality is amazing and everything is so thought through. Also, the customer service is very helpful and so fast to reply !! Shipping was also beyond fast ! Highly recommend and I’m thinking to buying a bag for myself now !

It does the work 100%, materials are robust yet beautiful, fits in any piece of luggage big or small - ie turns luggage restlessness into joy. Only suggestion I would have, more (plain) colors so you can recognize where things are, at first sight, even if you are not wearing your glasses (my case). I bought a first couple of sets for myself, travelled across Africa for 2 weeks in perfect order and bliss, and my partner got jealous and I had to order a pack for him. I foresee a second package for him - just let him travel again and experience the difference. Kudos, guys”

UPDATE: Labo Mono has been supportive in every way regarding a possible return of my puffer jacket. I've asked them to clarify the return policy for international customers, for as written it would've been impossible to comply. Best of luck to all, going forward.

Kudos to Labo Mono on customer service and on doing an excellent job in building products which positively impact the environment. Not so happy, however, is my experience with my purchase and return. If a company ships to all parts of the world, some consideration should be made for those who purchase from remote distances. The odd fit of the women's puffer (my purchase) is a real thing. Wide hips at the waist verses a tight , constricting fit at the chest and shoulders is built into the design...and not something you should imagine will not affect you. I'm in the US, so assuming this would not be my issue is my fault, though I am usually a straight XL. In order to return this jacket for a larger one, I would have to pay twice the cost of the jacket to make the 14 day window for returns. This is not a sustainable way to do business if you sell worldwide. I opted to donate the coat to charity. I will never purchase from Labo Mono again. International buyer beware.

Love these bags so much I jumped to buy a second one when the silver came back into stock. the reflective material does scuff if not careful but looks great regardless. The design is lowkey genius and I'm never left scrabbling to find anything in the bag or worried about it spilling if the zip needs to be fully opened.
Shipping is speedy too - always a bonus!

I bought a medium sling bag for my sister for Christmas and I think she's used it every day since. She wanted a useful, small bag for city breaks but all the various pockets and compartments have proved perfect for her daily bits and bobs (keys, phone, lots of skin care stuff etc) and she now says she wouldn't be without it. I dithered a long time about buying this bag due to price, but I’m so glad I bought it. It’s brilliant. It looks great, is ridiculously spacious and the design is very well thought out. It’s comfy to wear and whilst I bought it for holiday / travel use, it’s now my go-to daily bag. No regrets!

A great sized, quality bag. My wife loved as a gift and has rarely gone out without it. Plenty of pockets, a good range of storage size and versatile with various outfits. Overall I’m very pleased it is such a success.

Still waiting for a refund of over €200 - 1 would not recommend buying from this company!!
I placed and paid my order on Dec 1st. It was meant to be a Christmas present. Now over 6 weeks later, I still have neither the package nor my refund.
What's especially frustrating: there was no proactive support trying to track the package from the company. I had to track the shipment myself, contact carriers and even visit pickup locations because | still hoped it would arrive before Christmas.
The parcel was never delivered to me. I never received a pickup notification, QR code or pickup number.
Despite this, I was asked to pay additional shipping fees for a reshipment, even though the issue was clearly not caused by me.
Until today, the refund is being withheld, with the explanation that they are "waiting for the parcel" - even though I never received the goods and they confirmed that they package is on it's way back to them.
Very disappointing and frustrating overall.
The product seemed very promising and the company trustworthy, but based on this experience, I would currently advise against ordering from this company.

I bought a jacket and I love it! Does the job well and looks very cool. It was very easy to order and arrived quickly. Would thoroughly recommend this company!

I got the small bag with the rope-style shoulder strap and gosh I love it!
I also added the stabilized bungee and I’m not thinking to get 2 big bag to use them as ER kit when hike and for travel!
The quality seems super nice and the strap is truly cosy even for a rope!
The fisherman knot makes the adjustment super easy and it is even waterproof!!
I’m not sure how much water can rain on it but I got caught by a storm and the down jacked got soaked meanwhile the bag was super dry inside!!
