This was my first time using them and based on their reviews and years in the business I went ahead with my order. So far I am very pleased, he products were well packaged and am happy with the quality of the solutions. I look forward to ordering from them again.

Fast delivery

Products arrived relatively promptly and were in good conditions. The prices are also good as they aren't super expensive like other suppliers, but they have a fair price for the product quality they deliver. The quality of the products is generally also very high thought sometimes I only find food graded products. Since I'm a microbiologist I would appreciate if MB graded products were also more available. Like for example glycerol. While I therefore can't supply everything over them they are though a trusted partner.
They're also really engaged in your customer experience and I feel like they will do anything to make you happy:)

Leider ein extrem unprofessionelles Unternehmen. Sehr lange versandzeiten, oftmals telefonisch garnicht erreichbar und wenn dann äußerst unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Zuguterletzt wurde meine Lieferung dann auch noch falsch zugestellt. Selbst wenn es anderswo etwas mehr kostet, empfehle ich dringend, das benötigte Zubehör bei einem professionelleren Lieferanten zu bestellen.

Unfortunately, an extremely unprofessional company. Very long shipping times, often impossible to reach by phone, and when you do, they are extremely rude and curt. To top it off, my delivery was even sent to the wrong address. Even if it costs a bit more elsewhere, I strongly recommend ordering the required accessories from a more professional supplier.

Helaas een uiterst onprofessioneel bedrijf. Zeer lange levertijden, vaak telefonisch helemaal niet bereikbaar en als dat wel lukt, dan uiterst onvriendelijk en kortaf. Tot overmaat van ramp werd mijn levering ook nog eens verkeerd bezorgd. Zelfs als het ergens anders iets meer kost, raad ik ten zeerste aan om de benodigde accessoires bij een professionelere leverancier te bestellen.

I exchanged emails with the company for information and they were very responsive. I ordered and it was delivered in 3 business days, which is very impressive. The package was well packaged and everything was in good condition. I hesitated before purchasing given the many negative reviews left but I highly recommend it based on my personal experience.

Very slow delivery. They promised to deliver in 1–3 days, but it took 5–6 working days.

I run a small chemical business, and these guys are exactly what I need. There are no long term contracts for minimum purchases, no weird price gauging, etc. You just order what you need and it gets shipped to you. Best part is; I ship to residential because my office is a shared building with no receptionist and other companies and they have zero problems with delivering to residential adress.

They have virtually everything (90%?) of what I need and they always respond to questions. They also have some weird or exotic chemicals for very affordable prices.

Yes of course the "big corpos" offer same day delivery but thats not a problem, just order in advance or ask if something is delayed.

I ordered the first time with laboratoriumdiscounter.nl, and due to delayed or sometimes missing replies on my enquiries for delivery time I thought for quite some time I’d fallen for a fake shop. Fortunately that was not the case, received the goods in good condition. Their range of products is comprehensive, multiple orders at multiple shops are obsolete. Price – performance ratio is very good – ideal for small manufacturing enterprises. One point deducted for communication, everything else is perfect.

It's one of the few laboratories where I can find just about everything I need in terms of reagents and specialty products. Delivery can sometimes take a little while, so it's best to plan ahead. The products are good quality and reasonably priced.

My order was not send after 2 weeks. Delivery times seem to be very bad. Really poor customer services. I wrote asking several times about SDS, safety data sheet but never got an answer. I got some emails back but never answering my actual question. It seems that the person from customer services got annoyed with me and they cancelled my order after 2 weeks after not shipping it at all. The email first said they never received any of my emails (even though I sent 3 and they even replied to it, I sent a screen shot of it). Then I sent another couple of emails since I never got my reply. Again I got some kind of response but never the actual answer to what I asked. The person seemed annoyed, I would say was actually rude and cancelled my order. I liked their products, they seem to have a good quality and variety but even that cannot compensate for the overall level of service.

It's been over a month since we placed our order for cryogenic PPE. Since then, no news, impossible to get them on the phone (we tried dozens of times), same by email no answer. This site looks more and more like a scam... This seems to be the only place where they respond to negative reviews, great!

To be honest, I haven’t had a good experience with this company. I placed an order for an item that was listed as available on their website. After three days with no update, I called to ask about it and was told it was a mistake—the item wasn’t actually in stock and would take another three weeks to ship. While disappointing, I can understand that inventory errors happen.
However, I’m giving 1 star because of the terrible refund process. I cancelled my order (ORD99745) over the phone and followed up by email. I didn’t hear back for over 15 days, so I emailed again for an update—still no reply. Now it’s been a full month, and I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling again, but there’s been complete silence. It’s like the company just disappeared.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you care about reliable communication or getting your money back, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I have ordered many times over and am usually very satisfied.

We experienced an issue while placing an order on the Laboratoriumdiscounter website due to technical difficulties. After multiple attempts, only the final order went through successfully, and we received just one shipment.

However, upon checking our bank records, we noticed that two payments were processed.

We contacted the company on April 24th, 2025, requesting a refund for the duplicate charge, but we have not received any response since then.

We hope this matter can be resolved promptly, as we trust the company and believe this was an honest mistake that just needs proper customer service attention.
