The last transaction was very good (5*) but the previous one was absolutly bad: the packet was delivered in an other town without any possibility of redirection or return to the vendor. So I had to buy the book another time...

Received the order but need to be very patient
I received the books so I put 3 stars. However the parcel was not put fully in the mailbox and could have been easily stolen or damaged by the rain if I hadn't seen it randomly. I received no communication that it had arrived. Moreover, the website clearly states that they send the order within 24 hours. This is far from being true, it took one week for them to send the order. It is not a problem per se to wait, but to indicate that it will be sent within 24 hours is a lie and a dishonest commercial tactic. When putting the order it also indicated I would be delivered within a certain timeframe and it also did not happen.
