They are thief I wait for my package…

They are thief I wait for my package more them 20day I did not receive the package for 400€
I ne i wait for thé refund up to 2 and half months the never refund I call them more then 20 times keep saying wait wait wait if I wait more then 1 year alas I they keep say wait
And I know well they don’t want to refund
Well doing keep this to every client

Terrible Customer service

I have still not received my parcel. Apparently it has been lost but no one will take responsibility. I ordered it over 2 weeks ago. No communication from La Boutique Officielle with an update and when I spoke to the Customer service they had no update, said they could do nothing and that I had to just wait and then put the phone down on me. I am still waiting. It was a Fathers Day present. Very disappointed.
