Great coffee, but the staff need to calm the f… down with the snobbish attitude.
It’s not the first time, apparently it’s a thing here.
So come on la Cabra, like I said great coffee, but remember you are not saving life’s here.
Okay! Being an exile Jyde, living in copenhagen, i’m farmiliar with the price of coffee. Spending almost every sommer in Aarhus, one of many compliments have always been the smiling helpful service in stores and restaurants around the city. So arriving to La Cabra, as a ritual, we were quite surprised how we were greeted, getting a arrogant preaching about that “you can’t order a cotardo”🤷‍♂️ “you have to specify the exact amount of espresso and milk, you want”🤷‍♂️ We payed 178 Dkr. for two cups of coffee, formally known as a latte, and a cotardo, and a hot chocolate and one croissant. We didn’t complain about prices or that the coffee was lukewarm, and without any body!!
But thankfully there is a lot of other high quality coffee shops in aarhus.

Both the coffee I've ordered online as well as the NYC shop I've been to a few times are just amazing. They are a true specialty coffee roaster and I value them greatly for all they do.

Good bean and roast even if the bean is not yet ready or slightly stale. I like the beans come in reasonable packaging.

La Cabra is one of the best Scandinavian coffee roasters and even one of the best in the world. I knew la cabra for +3 years, they never let me down، amazing coffee, great people, and very wonderful service. the most important thing is that each coffee has a different story and la cabra's staff will definitely introduce each coffee story in a special way. They also have a coffee subscription which I am already subscribed to it, in this way you'll guarantee your monthly flow of beans until your door.
I have not enough words to describe la cabra.

I was unable to collect my La Cabra monthly delivery as I was on holiday and they were kind enough to resend it free of charge.

The coffee is always amazingly delicious, the best I've had. We received some chocolate one month which was also delicious.

Been subscribed for a year now, have been drinking and working in specialty coffee for more than 5 years myself, including being the roastery manager at Drop Coffee Roasters. Haven't been disappointed with their coffees yet, and the chocolate they recently sent out was just absolutely amazing.

It is a coffee roaster that carefully selects very delicious coffee. You can also study by comparing the different purification methods. I'm sure it's the right coffee roaster choice.

I'm worried that the package (without the box) is not stable recently. It does not affect the quality of coffee.

Great service, great product, and staff who clearly love what they do.

La Cabra gave me a very detailed reply to my email, which was very helpful.

I had an issue with the method of declaring the shipment value, due to that I was charged with additional taxes. Following my complain, they've corrected their declaration method and sent me a compensation against the loss on tax.

Fair business with great customer service, and coffee of course.

By far the best coffees I've tried so far! The customer service is really helpful and responsive as well so I couldn't be happier.

I love La Cabra coffee so much. First, their website is so clean and easy to find coffee beans and place your order. Second, their staff are very friendly and with warm heart to help me with my duplicate orders. Third, their coffee beans are the best, for taste, package, everything. I already became one of the subscribers already!!!

Amazing coffee! Have a monthly subscription to sweden ( its in my mailbox about 2 days after roasting!) where i get four boxes of their selected beans. Always really good an sometimes AMAZING!

With La Cabra I really feel the care they put into all aspects of their work. This is true about their coffee, subscription and also support. I recently had a lost delivery. The support was really helpful and sent me another package without any hesitations or extra cost.
