I made the mistake of buying a bird feeder which took for ever to come. Not a problem if it had functioned. No instructions. I examined it carefully to see where the seed should be put in. The top didn't look likely and anyway was very difficult to remove. I examined the bottom but could see that was not intended to be removed so pulled on the top it came half away and that was because the little lugs that had held it on had torn away. If I totally removed the top there would be nothing to hold it in place and the bird seed would get wet in the rain. So a bird feeder you can't actually fill. Please take warning. I star cos I have to!!

I bought 3 japandi 3d wall art pieces. The picture shown them framed like the ones Wayfarer sell, but they aren't anything like the real good ones i must add, that Wayfarer sell, they arrived in a small envelope, no frame and completely unusable because they'd been folded up into small squares. The exact same ones are on Temu for a fraction of the price.

Scammed. Sent a poor quality speaker terrible sound. Asked for return and refund and they're offering 30% they obviously dont have a proper returns policy. Shocking that people are out there getting away with this

Bought a watch, wasn't monitoring steps properly, complained and they said because it was over three months they couldn't do anything, now watch has stopped working and not 12 months old, absolute rubbish company, stay away from them.

This company is a complete scam. They advertise great products and send shit ones!
When you ask for a refund they offer you a 20% refund.
When you refuse and ask for a full refund. They as you to send it back to China at your own expense.

Excellent shoes, shipment bit slow but quality is superb!

I ordered a leather jacket. The jacket is well made but unbranded. The sizes are very small. I would normally be a Large but had to order a 2XL which was still a size too small when it arrived, despite checking the measurement chart guide. I’d suggest ordering at least one size up for the measured guide.

This company is a fraud. Avoid at all costs

My mum bought my kids a sound tower from this website. The item was absolutely not as advertised. It came in a broken box with pieces missing. The bag of marbles was also ripped with marbles missing. Not to mention the tiny size it came in, it was advertised as 3 foot tall and it's actually about 30cm.
Cheap and nasty construction.

My mum luckily got a refund, however, days later her card was hacked and she's certain it was this company.

Do not order from this site.

Ordered children's smart watch on 22nd April, arrived today 6th of May, so long waiting but everything perfect, just as described. Child happy!

I had to contact my bank for assistance. Luckily I purchased through SHOP. They were very helpful in securing my refund. This online shop should be closed down by trading standards!! They lied about UK based posting. They are an absolute nightmare with outrageous customer service. The only reason they poorly attempted to converse with me was because I initiated Chargeback through my bank and a dispute though Shop payments

I purchased a wall clock advertised as a high-quality minimalist design with metallic/embossed features. The item received was significantly different – the finish appeared to be a low-quality print with no metallic elements, and overall did not match the product images or description.

I contacted the seller within the return period to request a refund. While they initially engaged, they refused to provide a reasonable return option and instead required the item to be shipped to China at my own expense.

The seller then attempted to resolve the issue by offering partial refunds (first 20%, then 50%) rather than accepting a return for a full refund. This approach felt like an attempt to avoid proper resolution rather than address the issue.

Under UK consumer law, items must be as described, and customers should not be expected to cover disproportionate return costs where this is not the case.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution, particularly regarding product quality and returns.
