Never order from this website! No customer service and consideration. My order arrived a month later and the lingerie was too small for my wife. When i asked to exchange the sizes, they said no because they have a 30 days exchange policy. It was their fault and were not responsive at all nor they wanted to be flexible…. Very bad lingerie company.

I ordered the mila set during a flash sale and didn’t expect much. When it arrived the lace looked gorgeous and the fit was surprisingly good. Delivery took about three days and everything came neatly packed. I’m impressed.

My girl looked great and it really elevated the experience for both of us in the bedroom!

My palmer set feels a bit luxurious actually. The satin fabric is super smooth and sits nicely on the body. Delivery took about four days and tracking updates were clear. It definitely feels like something I’ll keep wearing.

If I could do negative 100 I would. Hands down the WORST company to deal with regarding shipping and delivery. My package was incorrectly delivered, this was provided to them via photos, they insisted that I sort this out with their delivery service to get a refund.Over 6 emails to and fo to them stating this was not only their delivery service fault but that they confirmed it was their fault.i had to keep supplying the SAME INFORMATION for them to provide either a refund or resend. Stupidity got them to resend the package again…didnt send the shipping details for over 2 weeks. Then when requested revived a link to shipping… THERE IS NO FRICEKN COURIER!!! been sitting at a wear house for 10 days, when requested to find said parcel… they said to contact the courier… seriously not worth it been waiting now four months

I wasn’t sure about the zoe set but it turned out great. The fabric is smooth and feels light.

I bought the lois set as a treat for myself and it turned out lovely. The lace feels delicate but still sturdy and the fit is flattering. Shipping took about four days and everything arrived without any issues. It honestly feels boutique level.

The underwear is beautifully made and fits perfectly!

The elodie set is comfy and supportive. Love the soft lace.

The lingerie pieces are very beautiful and elegant, especially the ones with the gold metal details, which make them look very sophisticated.

However, I found the sizing to run a bit small. I have breast implants, so I will order new pieces in a bigger size.

Two models I chose (Georgina Lingerie Set) are very pretty, but I also found the front part of the panties a bit too small, so they don’t fit as well on me. I believe this model, regardless of the size chosen, could have a wider front part of the panties, similar to the Valeria Lingerie Set, which fits better.

The red bodysuit I bought (Micha Bodysuit) arrived with a loose seam on one of the sides. It is very beautiful, but I would prefer it with perfect stitching, so I will be returning it.

Overall, I do recommend the brand and I will buy again, but in a bigger size.

Pieces look and feel fantastic

I ordered the celeste bustier because I wanted something structured but comfy. The fit turned out amazing and it doesn’t feel restrictive at all. Shipping took about four days and the box was discreet. I’ll probably order again.
