Bought Ugg trainers for a Christmas…
Bought Ugg trainers for a Christmas present. They are too small so want to send them back and buy the next size up. Their returns policy is 14 days and hasn’t been extended over the Christmas period to account for presents, so I now have a £200 pair of trainers that don’t fit.

Ridiculous company!!
Ridiculous company!!! Bought a joggie on 3rd Dec for my sons xmas which didnt fit. Asked for an exchange on 26th Dec - 15 days after the delivery date, to be told I was 1 day late to return it! So now I have a £300 joggie which doesn't fit! Because I didnt start the return on Christmas day ! (I was kind of busy considering) absolute waste of money and joke of a company! No help whatsoever from customer services either. Do not buy from them unless you know your definitely keeping your item (which btw arrived late also because its all comes separately even when bought together its £10 per item to have delivered!)

What an amazing company with amazing…
What an amazing company with amazing customer service. I ordered some Jordan 4’s for my son for Christmas and there were some delays getting them as the first set did not arrive to Laced from the seller. I opened a support call and supportmade sure a new set was sourced and made extra effort to make sure I had these for Christmas. Thanks you Laced and thank you Liezel for all your help.

Delivery should arrived on 15th. On 19th I asked for update and 20th they inform me that they have to cancel order... What?
