I ordered the new Jordan 4 black cats 2025. The original seller wasted my time in not sending the product but Laced put me to another seller to which my delivery came within 4-5 days. When putting me... See more

About Laced
Laced is an online marketplace for buying and selling the world's most coveted items. Unlike a retailer, stock levels on Laced are entirely dependent on whether or not there are users selling the item. Laced acts as the middleman between buyer and seller, offering a streamlined authentication process and timely delivery. To ensure each item is guaranteed authentic, Laced has a dedicated team of in-house authenticators that thoroughly check every item for authenticity and quality before it's delivered to the buyer. Our Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your order, you’ll need to email help@laced.com with your order number and reason for returning, within 14 days. Our team will then get back to you within 1-2 working days (although we aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours) and arrange a returns label for your order. The cost of the return (£9) will be deducted from your refund.Delivery Times
Our average delivery time is 6-12 working days. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll update you regularly and let you know as soon as possible if we or the delivery company expect any delays.Contact info

Company have zero customer service skills, quick to take money but refuse to refund or even offer exchange on item brought for Christmas as was couple of days over the 14 day return policy (even thou most companies extend this at Christmas). First and last time using this company.

Customer experience failure — avoidable lost sale
Very poor.
These shoes were a birthday present for a young teen. In this climate of living costs families (who usually are the ones buying these expensive trainers for their children) are pushed to ever higher costs. The size bought was a little too small so I returned them with photos and postal receipt. I needed UK 9 - which IS in stock but instead of sending on the 9 Or asking for the £20 difference (the size 9 is £20 more expensive than the 8 - to make more money —- of course) - they refunded me MINUS £9 for their shipping fee.
This is not a company that cares about customers - this is a company with zero business sense — that is happy to not sell a £140 pair of shoes but would prefer to 1) get £9 on refunds 2) turn a customer (with 4 teens) against shopping with them again 3) ensure said parent informs their network via word of mouth/parenting forums 4) lose £120 rather than enquire if the customer is happy to pay the difference (yes, I was). What I’m *not happy to do* is reorder and pay £140 alongside losing £9 - so effectively pay £150. I’ll just buy a different colour / pair in another shop.
I am really fed up with companies that treat customers as pointless. The lack
of business sense is baffling — they are paying a salary to a “customer” service agent - to Not sell a pair of shoes they have IN stock.

Great Service
Found the ones I wanted, ordered them and was kept informed via email throughout. They arrived in good time, exactly as advertised and authenticated by Laced.
Complete disaster and no support at…
Complete disaster and no support at all. Order arrived almost month later and Uggs are needed winter season. Had to chase as my delivery has been stuck at one of the Royal Mail hubs and they wouldn’t even move their finger as dispatcher to liaise and support.
