She ruined my wedding….

I engaged Lace to make my wedding dress, agreeing that we’d confirm the final design and measurements after my baby was born. Once I provided the design reference, she confirmed she could make it, accepted my deposit, and told me the dress would be ready within two weeks.

Not long after, she cancelled the job herself — and then refused to refund the full deposit, citing “work done,” despite only speaking to me for 10 minutes total.

This has left me without a dress and without sufficient funds to find a replacement, only seven weeks before my wedding. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before trusting this business with important or time-sensitive garments.
