I unfortunately did not have a positive experience ordering from LA Collective. It took 3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. After I ordered, the company began advertising multiple new promotions and discounts to promote more business. If they were having trouble fulfilling current orders it seems irresponsible to be trying to get an abundance of new orders. It ultimately took 1 month for my items to finally arrive.
The items that I purchased (from the Morgan Stewart Sport Collection) are extremely cheaply made. A different seam rips on the pants every time I put them on, and they're even a bit big, so it's not due to overstretching. For the high price paid for these items, this is extremely disappointing. I won't be purchasing this brand or from this company again.

I have yet to receive my product and it’s been well over 3 weeks. I have also reached out about tracking my order and haven’t received anything. Will never order from Morgan Stewart line again.

Although I’ve been loving the products including fit, style and quality, I have two more orders,1 placed prior to “quarantine” and the COVID-19 extreme precautions, still not received.

I ordered my order 2 weeks ago and have gotten no update as to where it is.

I made a mistake when placing an order (accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same leggings but only mean to order 1). However once I noticed this, I contacted LA Collective and they IMMEDIATELY replied with the change to my order and the refund would begin being processed. I was very impressed with customer service!

I love the look of the clothes but after two unsuccessful orders I found out the hard way that in no way do they match with real women's adult sizes. They fit like little girl's clothing.

Love the leggings! They were soooo comfortable and stayed in place during my run and workout. My husband loved them too :) I am usually in between M & L but based on the sizing chart and the note about them running a little bigger I went with the M and they fit great!! The shirt I ordered (pineapple crop) is so comfy too! I ordered a large (again always in between sizes) so i ordered a L but next time I would order a M since it’s a looser fit.

I understand that we are living in unprecedented times and that there will be delays. My input to you would be to keep your customers up to date on their orders. I had placed an order at the beginning of March and it said 3-5 days delivery. Just over 1 week I reached out for an update. At that time I was told that you didn't have the stock because the items that I ordered were in high demand. I followed up 2 weeks later and the response I got this time was due to COVID19 delays and that my order would be shipped out no later than next week. I followed up again 1.5 weeks later and then later that day without a response I received a shipping confirmation. This was April 2nd. The item still has not been picked up and has not been shipped. Meanwhile the funds have been withdrawn from my account over a month ago now and I have not received any product. This is my first time ordering with LA Collective and so far it has not been a pleasant experience. There has been no customer service except for returning almost all of my numerous emails.

Considering what’s going on right now, I get why delivery would take a little longer than usual, but 21 business days to ship TWO ITEMS is beyond ridiculous if you ask me. Customer service took two to three days to respond with false information. I will never, repeat never, buy from this company again.

I bought the Morgan Stewart Sport Leggings in Sugar Almond. The fabric was a great material and I loved the color but unfortunately neither the XS/S or M/L fit me (these are the only 2 sizes offered). I wear a small or size 6 at every place I buy leggings and I found these leggings sizes to be very noninclusive for my very average size. The XS/S was practically bursting at the seams when I put them on and the M/L were so big that they were gaping at my ankles and wouldn't stay up on my hips and kept slipping down my hips and legs. Due to the excessive cost of returns and only store credit option, I opted to gift the leggings to other people, especially since I felt that there weren't any other leggings for me to buy if neither of their sizes for this style fit me. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend to anyone which is so unfortunate because I was incredibly excited to finally buy a pair of these leggings.

bad mobile experience. I couldnt add items to cart through instagram shopping.

I haven't received my package nor has anyone responded back to my email where I asked if it was still on it's way or if the corona virus will affect the speed of arrival.

low quality fabrics at rather high prices

My order took over a month to ship and was charged immediately. I had to email customer service multiple times and never got a response. I reached out via Instagram and finally got a response however they kept telling me “it will ship this week” this went on for weeks. I was suppose to receive a tote with the set but that never came. I will say the actual set I ordered is very soft and nice quality but the fact it took so long and I barely got any assistance makes me never want to order from LA collective again

Placed order 3 weeks ago, no delivery, no shipping information, no update, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered over a month ago and I haven’t received my items... it was before the coronavirus impacted businesses drastically... I haven’t gotten an email saying, I’m sorry for the delay, I haven’t gotten an update from them as to when they will send my order- NOTHING! But they of course have charged my credit card already... figures.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my order
