Love the products and really appreciate the good customer service!

It's been 4 full days since I have heard about my order. No status updates. Paid $8 for shipping which was a waste. I also ordered from Alo and Lululemon on the same day with zero shipping fees and have gotten both orders already. Not sure why no one has followed up when people were quick to follow up when I had things in my cart but hadn't purchased.......

Bad quality products even though pictures look legit. Returns process was unprofessional. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company when my return was not refunded for 2 months.

Customer support never replied to emails and I had to fight my return with my credit card company after patiently waiting for my return to be credited for +3 months. Expected more from this company.

It took one month for the product to be shipped to me, I had to sent two messages and only after that I got a response that they were just to ship my product, they did not offer any discount or anything as a compensation, I am never going to buy again from this store

The quality of the leggings weren't great. They are absolutely adorable and get lots of compliments but the top of the leggings and even the stretch on them are so cheap! It was really disappointing for the price. $20 more and I could have had a really nicely made pair of lulu lemon leggings. So bummed because I love morgan stewart.

It’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received my order. My order hasn’t even shipped yet. Very displeased.

The sizes are not accurate. I’m a medium in every brand across the board and your medium was like an XS. Can’t say I would try anything else of yours since it’s a hassle to return. And the refund came too long after the return.

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Horrible product. Items were way off in sizing and the product was cheap and not worth the price. Their company was also no help trying to assist me with picking sizes. Returned the item and was NEVER refunded my money. Had to call about 6 times and I finally gave up and just had to get my bank involved. Every person was so incredibly rude and would say oh it was processed. Then I would catch every single one of them in a lie because they couldn’t tell me any of the information. And I wasn’t getting anything from my bank saying it was refunded. Multiple times they would tell me they were transferring me to someone else or putting me on hold for help and just hang up. Horrible!!! ALSO this purchase was from forever ago and I’m JUST now being requested to write a review?? My experience was SO bad I took all of the time just to write this so others don’t have to learn the hard way.

The yoga pant I bought stretched out around the waist after one wear and did not go back to its normal size. I am a small person so now I have an extra inch of space around my waist so the pants fit large. I had to sell on Poshmark!! So terrible

When there are sale items, there needs to be a final sale notice present. I am so upset, I ordered two different sized jackets to make sure.

Working with LA collective has been a nightmare. From waiting 2 months since an order has been processed to not refunding or exchanging product for months even though it was within their time frame. I like the clothes and want to buy them but the customer experience has completely turned me off from this site. Take a lesson from Revolve.

It’s been more than a month and i still haven’t received my order. Out of 4 items I only got one and it’s damaged.

I love your leggings and bras, they are amazing Wonderful fabric and just perfect fit! I love that they are high waist! When I had a problem with my first order, they responded immediately, sending a replacement! That's when they became my absolute favorite!
Just wished you had cheaper international shipping, now I can only order when I'm in the states :(
