Received pre-approved letter. Called and was told I owe too much and need to use their partner company Beyond who will pay off my debts by negotiating with all the companies I owe. The downside is my credit cards are cancelled and credit destroyed in the process. False advertising from their initial offer letter. Avoid!

This company is a scam,they mail you that youve been pre approved for a consolidation loan they waste a hour of your time telling you they can't.
Get you a loan but try and lure you into a debt relief program that charges huge fees

This company will not give you any amount of loan . They will waste your time and then will guide you to put you in debt consolidation. Be careful

Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and patient, they answered all my questions promptly and professionally.

They’re not a lender, they’re brokers who share your info with actual lenders. Don’t fall for it.

January 27, 2024, I kindly asked to be removed from their mailing list. Today, not even 11 months later, they are sending me more item in the mail. If I did not ask for your assistance and/or asked that you stop stending information why do you continue to do so? These companies like to reply that there is a third party company responsible for distribution, but it seems that companies like the Ladder are incompetent when it comes to managing their distribution. I asked kindly, please stop sending me information and no I do not want to discuss your products and services.

They use shady and unethical practices to gain customers

I needed a loan to catch up on bills between jobs after layoffs, and they got the job done! Easy process, low rates and manageable payments. I will definitely be using them again!

These guys are absolute trash!!! I worked for them for 5 months and was their top producer. They have lost three of their top producers due to their poor management and THEY STEAL commissions from agents that work for them. Be VERY CAREFUL!!!!

Overall I had an excellent experience and the customer service was exceptional. The customer service I’ve had at similar companies in the past has been terrible and this was a breath of fresh air and I was very happy with this company.
