I’ve been using the Lumeo Red Light…

I’ve been using the Lumeo Red Light Therapy device on my face and neck consistently for the past three months, about 3–5 times per week, and the results have been amazing. I’m 50 years old, and my husband is 58, and we have both noticed a visible difference in our skin. Our faces and necks appear noticeably tighter, smoother, and more refreshed.

What we love most is how easy the device is to use. It’s lightweight, convenient, and perfect for travel, which makes it simple to stay consistent with treatments. We’ve also received so many compliments on how healthy and youthful our skin looks.

Stop Over-Complicating Your Face: The "Lazy Girl" Secret to Actual Skincare results

At 26, I’d honestly just made peace with the fact that my skin was a lost cause. I've been absolutely blown away by the…

I've been absolutely blown away by the Ladura Duo 4 in 1 Pod Based Scalp and Hair Care Device! It truly feels like bringing a professional scalp treatment into your home.

What makes this device stand out is how it combines multiple technologies-red light therapy, microcurrent, gentle heat, and soothing scalp massage all in one compact tool. It's a full experience. Total lack of empathy and lousy service support

I cannot say anything about their products as I was not able to try them. I made an order but never received it. The items were not approved by the Spanish Customs for individuals, apparently is only for Professionals or enterprises and the carrier directly returned it, however, Laduora never informed me of this beforehand. I had to verify everything with UPS because Laduora did not contact me, and when I complained, they claimed they have sold it many times, but never checked to whom. They should warn about this. It took me several emails to receive the refund and now they refuse to give back the shipping costs. Absolute lack of empathy and lousy service support.

To clarify, your order was successfully shipped and reached Spain, but was not released by local customs authorities due to import conditions specific to your country. These requirements can vary and are determined solely by local regulations and customs authorities, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

We regularly ship to Spain and other EU countries, and many orders are delivered successfully. In some cases, however, customs may impose additional restrictions or interpretations that differ by shipment.

Our team remained in communication throughout the process and responded to multiple emails to assist and clarify the situation. Once the package was returned to us, a refund for the product value was issued promptly.

Regarding shipping, as stated in our policy, international shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases where a shipment is returned due to customs handling or import restrictions.

We truly regret the inconvenience caused by this situation and appreciate your feedback.

I purchased from Europe

I purchased from Europe, specifically from Greece. I paid approximately €85 in shipping costs, while the taxes did not exceed €17 — more than one-third of the product’s value (€100 more than the product itself which cost was approximatelly 158euro). This happened because the company charged me €25.95 for shipping at checkout, and their partnered shipping company charged an additional €58 for customs clearance services.
They do not offer a PDDP service, so one cannot know in advance what will need to be paid, nor do they clearly disclose the customs services cost of the shipping company they use. When the issue is raised, they mostly refer you to their policy, stating that you are responsible for any additional expenses and nothing more.
Personally, I have purchased many products from companies in the United States, and those that did not offer a PDDP service showed the best willingness to find a solution so that customers could have a better experience in the future. I did not perceive this willingness from the company’s representatives.
The product i bought itself is good — after a few days of use, I have not noticed anything negative. Nevertheless, the company’s attitude left a negative impression on me, as did another buyer’s comment showing that he had returned a product on time, but the company did not accept it because there was a delay due to unpaid duties again referring to their policy.
So, before ordering — especially from Europe — it is important to read their policy carefully, because I did not sense any willingness to find solutions that would keep customers satisfied and this can be very important if there is a need to return the product to the company for any reason.

Easy daily habit that actually works

I’ve been using this daily while I have my morning coffee or evening tea, and it’s been so easy to fit into my routine. I love that I can just use it while watching TV or relaxing without having to carve out extra time. I’ve noticed a difference in the firmness and tightness of my skin, and even some improvement in acne and redness. It feels like such a simple, low-effort habit that actually makes a difference, which I really appreciate, especially since I’ve decided to step away from Botox.

So far I love my Lumeo 4-in-1 Red Light Therapy Device.

Last month, I bought the Lumeo Skin Lift 4D Current Red Light Therapy, and I've really liked it. Even though I haven't had it for long, I have noticed changes in my skin. I feel like it has helped with my eye contour and my nasolabial folds seem a bit less pronounced. My skin is more hydrated, and I definitely see a 'glow' that I love. The 8Pepta Activating Serum is great. Furthermore, the customer service was very good and the staff was friendly. I still need to see the long-term results, but so far, I love it!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service! I ordered the red light kit. Personally I wasn’t satisfied with the product at all. I have sent it back within the return time. Due to customs (UK) there was a delay and they refused to accept the delivery afterwards. I wanted to get rid of the product so I even would have offered to deduct the custom payment off the return. I had proof that the parcel was sent back in time. All Laduora was referring to is that they are not responsible for customs on returned parcels. But even when I offered to pay the customs immediately afterwards they were referring to the timeframe by now and would not take the product back anymore.
I do have a different facial device now which I am much more happy with.

For transparency, your return request was approved within the eligible timeframe and an RMA was issued accordingly. However, the parcel was not successfully delivered to our U.S. facility due to customs duties assessed on the shipment and was ultimately returned to sender. As a result, the product was never received by our fulfillment center.

As outlined in our return policy, refunds can only be processed once a return is physically delivered within the active RMA validity period. Since the item was not received within that timeframe, the RMA expired and we were unable to proceed further.

We understand that international returns can sometimes involve unexpected customs procedures, and we regret that this prevented the delivery from being completed.

Improved packaging suggestion

The use of your Velve Pro Wand and 8Septa Serum is really helping. However, your company could improve with its packaging. The order before my last shipment was stolen. If the 8Septa Serun was placed in smaller box, it would have fit into my mailbox and been received.
Also, you need to send a notice of delivery email. If I didn't happen see the package right after delivery, it might have been stolen also.

Velve Pro 5-in-1 Skincare by Ladoura

I heard back from the company saying it has a limited one year warranty and it was damaged. I want to clarify that it was not damaged it literally fell apart. I have other facial products that i have had for years and are still working. I still would not recommend because it doesn’t last long. I buy many things from GMA and haven’t had anything fall apart.

I purchased a Velve Pro 5-in-1 Skincare Wand and its over a hundred dollars. It broke after a year and a half. I contacted the company to ask if it could be repaired or replaced. This is their reply; unfortunately, repairs are not feasible. In most cases, the cost of shipping, inspection, parts, and labor would exceed the cost of purchasing a new device, which is why we do not provide repair options for this model. I would of expected for the price it would at least last several years. The product was great while it worked. I do not recommend based on they do not stand behind their products.

To clarify for future readers, devices purchased through the Good Morning America promotion in April 2024 were part of a promotional event and, like all Laduora devices, included a 1-year limited warranty. Your device is now outside that coverage period. Because these devices contain sealed electronic components, post-lifecycle repairs are often not practical or cost-effective, especially when shipping, inspection, parts, and labor are considered.

It is my favorite time of day! I have struggled for several years with hair loss. I have tried many things and saw this product. It has only been several weeks and I can already see a change. I've been using face kit and gel for over 3 weeks now. I noticed a big difference in the softness and glow of my skin. The fine lines are slowly starting to fade. Overall I will continue to use it. I do wish the gel would last longer or a little less expensive. But so far it's amazing product.
