DO NOT ORDER THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM
I ordered product on 25 May and had not received any shipping details so followed up to be told they had an inventory problem and would be resending in two weeks. Followed up again and have now sent 4 emails each receiving the same response of we will follow up with shipping company. They are constantly spamming me with emails offering discounts etc but they do not deliver. I am NZ$150 out of pocket.

Terrible

Terrible. Don’t touch this company. My order never arrived. Emails were answered when I queried the dispatch and delivery, but seemed to be standardised replies which weren’t very helpful.

I finally after almost 4 months…

I finally after almost 4 months received the product. I had decided this was a scam. The underpants are ok, not as comfortable as I was hoping and if I ever buy more, I’ll get a bigger size ordered size I would normally wear, but they are almost to small. Still trying to decide if they are worth the wait and cost. Think next time I’ll try a different brand.

Absolute Joke. Do not order!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, given I've received 0 of what I ordered and almost 0 customer service.

I ordered on the 21st of April and received a confirmation email but no receipt or shipping info. Waited a few weeks with nothing so I sent them an email enquiring. They said the product received from their manufacturer was sub par so they sent it back and were waiting on a new shipment. I let it go until yesterday (11th June). Then sent another (much more assertive) email. They replied saying it had been lost in transit so they're contacting the shipping company. Which makes no sense since I didnt get shipping or tracking info in the first place.

Pretty sure it's a scam. If not a scam then its an awful business. I'm now $150 out and I have a bad feeling I won't be getting it back... or my product.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. Lesson learnt I guess. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Not worthy of even 1 star. Avoid this sham of a company like the plague. My wife has had exactly the same experience as the other reviewers. No goods, weak excuses, no refund. This is not helping her stress that is already high during weekly chemotherapy treatment. Disgraceful!

Waiting for my Lady Dries

Ordered 28April, but still no delivery…it states l would get notified when shipped, l’ve heard nothing so l guess they haven’t been packed up yet?
The company needs to acknowledge emails otherwise it’s feels like you’ve been scammed.

I placed an order on 28th April and still have not received it. I chased it and was advised that they had received a batch that didn't meet their quality requirements but that a shipment would ge made soon. Still nothing. I have asked for a refund. Not impressed at all

Money taken, items never left China

Ordered items end of April was notified there would be a delay. Shortly after received a tracking number which states that the item was at the shippers. Tracking number never showed any updates aside from items being received. Did contact LadyDry and was told their was another delay and resent original tracking number. No order arrived and no change in tracking information. Scenario repeats itself in 14 days. Went to Credit Card company who investigated and refunded my money.

I wouldn't give it any stars to be honest. I ordered 30th April & despite several emails have still not received my order it is now 27th May. Again l got the reason as low standard products having to be reordered.

I will give it a few more days then l will report this company as l feel its a scam .

I never received my order

I never received my order. After the confirmation email to show my order had been received I heard nothing for over two weeks so I emailed to confirm despatch. I was then told their product had been found to be below their usual standard and they would have new stock in about 14 days. After waiting a further three weeks I cancelled the order and requested a full refund (which I received). The customer service is non-existent and I received no communication other than to reply to mine. I have no idea what the products are like as I had no opportunity to find out. If past experience is anything to go by I would suggest poor customer service often indicates poor quality goods.

When dealing with another sight, realized this was all the same big scam.
If the ad says Shop PayPal it's not to be trusted. Trying to emulate Temu.

Unprofessional and Unethical Lady Dry

LadyDry has a stunning website and claims to be a UK company but without any UK address or telephone number. I was too concerned to help an elderly couple, so I ordered an incontinence brief for that gentleman and 2 packs of incontinence panties containing 5 pieces per pack of M-size. After placing my order on 27/1/25, I received an email from them, saying that there would be a slight delay in my shipment and might arrive a few days as expected. There was no mention of my Order Number or confirmation of the details of my order, like what all bona-fide retailers do. It was only after my request on 27/1/25 that they gave me only my Order Number, without showing what I had ordered. Then on 28/1/25, I received an email, informing me that they were getting my order to be shipped. So I asked them for a tracking link but received no reply. Then on 3/2/25, I asked whether my order had really been despatched and to give me a tracking link, if they had done so. If they hadn’t, I requested a full refund but was being ignored completely. After 15 days since I placed my order, I requested for my full refund again on 9/2/25. Then on10/2/25, they sent me a tracking link to download an ebook and told me that my goods were on their way to me. I also received a tracking link which did not work for a long period of time! On 18/2/25, instead of updating me on the delivery status of my order, they sent me an irrelevant email, advertising how good their goods were and also their satisfied customers! On 25/2/25, I requested a full refund but was totally being ignored by them again. I was about to seek legal action on Lady Dry (their email address is WearLadyDry) but, due to my busy work schedules, I was unable to do so speedily. Finally on 20/3/25, my goods arrived but out of the 10 pieces of lady panties, 6 are of small size and only 4 are the correct M size! So, it took almost 2 months to receive my goods and 6 pieces are of wrong size! The quality is very poor too. It is illegal of them to state on their website about their location in the UK, without even mentioning that they are actually from China. This is a rogue trader who is unprofessional and unethical.

False advertising

I recieved my order today, they were too small and very thin. Do not stay dry. I am really disappointed as they promised so much. Have requested a refund but will have to wait and see if they do the right thing. No return address either or a contact details. Caught once, but not again.

Highly disappointed …

I received my order after countless emails back and forth with them. When my order arrived, they were simply panties that did nothing to protect me from incontinence. You still have to wear pads or adult diapers. SCAMMERS and RIP-OFFS. Do not order from this company. I wish I could give them a zero rating.
