I had a terrible experience with my order

I had a terrible experience with my order. The dress was delivered to the wrong house, so by the time I finally got it, the return window had already expired. When I opened it, the quality was shockingly bad—it looked worn, cheap, and nothing like what was advertised. I reached out to return it, but customer service refused to accept it since it was “past the return period,” even though the delivery mistake wasn’t my fault. Very disappointed in both the product and the company’s lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from here.
