Absolute joke customer service is rude non helpful I ordered goods on 1st December they sent me tracking information which showed the item was not dispatched when contacted them they told me I had to wait 9 working days for the data to update I waited still showing no dispatched contacted them again and told them to cancel and refund as I no longer needed the item I purchased from local shop so 3 days later I get a email saying it was dispatched but on checking the tracking it was still showing as not picked up phoned again told them I don’t want the item not to send it and they still did I now have to wait if it ever turns up and return it and wait another 14 days for a refund they have had my money from 1st December really put off buying on line as it ties your funds up please avoid this retailer unless you want a fight on your hands to get the goods or a refund lesson learned read reviews before parting with your Money
