Terrible scam company, DO NOT USE. Ordered 2 items - one was defective, one completely the wrong item. They refused to pay return postage, then when the package arrived back with them they didn't refund me and have now seemingly blocked my email. I don't know how I can get my money back! Very angry.

this is just ridicoulus. ordered three items, received two in the poorest quality i have ever experienced. even sent those two back to get a refund for all three items, did not receive ANYTHING BACK! now the website is down and all emails are returned undeliverd. perfect- 150 $ for this s**t. sooo angry!

I am so annoyed I did not look at these reviews...and of course no ccontact now...of course...even sent the goods back for a refund but guess I can now kiss that money goodbye! surely the Chinese govt must step in and locate them and shut them down for good argggghhhhh

I am very worried now about all these real bad reviews. I should have looked here first before I spent $106 with these people. How do we get hold of them?

Simply the worst.
I spent $300 on their website.
They sent me the wrong sizes.
Asked me to send them back everything if I wanted to be refunded. Then offered me a 50% refund and didn't want to pay for the shipping fees of the items they requested I shipped back ($120).
I refused the deal and now they aren't answering my emails !!!!!

Horrible quality. Item looks nothing like what is pictured and incorrectly sized as well.

Emails won’t go through. No response from seller for refund. I opened a Paypal claim and still haven’t heard anything.

I’ve seen multiple advertisements for the same item from different vendors.

Save your money, they are a scam.

I ordered and paid three weeks ago. The email inquiry I sent bounced back. I think
instagram should take down their advertising as it légitimées this company. Reading these comments it looks like I’ll not get my money back or the clothing. I shall try to get a refund.

Just so everyone is aware, they are now using at least one other website. The one I came across is called Coatonce.

Horrible! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Total rip off. I placed an order on July 25 and it's September 7 and still no sign of my order, but they are very quick to take your money. The web site doesn't look like it is functioning. I'll have to cut my losses, but hopefully I can help someone else not get robbed like I was.

this company is awful - the clothes are not as described and cheap & shoddy. I have just won a paypal dispute with them, so urge anyone else to do the same. They will try and get you to close the paypal claim saying it will takes ages and they will refund you as soon as you do, but this is not true. Stick with it and hopefully get your money back. Good luck!

This is a scam! Don't give them your money. The material is cheap and terrible quality. They blocked my email address when I requested a return.

Nothing of what I ordered and a scam. I waited nearly 3 months and wanted to cancel but could not. This is China made crap. Don’t buy it!

I received my order over a month and a half after ordering it. When I opened it the clothing I received was VERY different than what was advertised.
For instance, I ordered a long, flowy, gauzy maxi dress for my wife and received a spandex mini dress that is so see-thru you would basically be better just being naked.
When I emailed to complain they asked me for my order number and when I sent it they asked for photos of the items on hangers which I then sent to them the next day. However, their website, overnight, became inaccessible and their email is bouncing the message back to me. I've effectively had $60 stolen from me, which may not seem like a lot but that's not really the point.
Selling items that are no where near what the customer receives and then just shutting down your business, or, in this case, changing the business name but having the same products advertised and not taking responsibility for the "old" business mistakes and complaints is absolutely bad business. I've seen more ads for similar clothing in my social media feed and I am willing to bet it's the same company.

If I could give them a zero star I would! Clothes bore no resemblance to what I had ordered and it cost me £14 to return which they refused to refund. A truly terrible company, I just wish I'd read some reviews before purchasing.

The colors, the material, the size ... All is not as the picture.

Same as everyone else, what they sent me was the wrong size and completely different, awful and cheap material. They told me to send it back and they would refund me. I sent it back and then when I asked for my refund they blocked my email address. Very dodgy

If I could rate a zero for stars I would.
I ordered this item in April. They sent me a tracking order that was expired. I got PayPal involved by August as they didn’t respond for 2 weeks for my new tracking number. Upon receiving my item in Mid August the product was not what it looked like from the site and the size I ordered ( small ) was literal.
Trying on the one piece coveralls was a shock, as the size from inseam to neck was so incredibly short that it could only reach my elbows. I’m 5’7. This is more suited for someone under 5 ft, which is so deceiving when you see the models on the site.
Very disappointed, save yourself some time and don’t order from here.
Product fabric and feel is cheap, sizes are not true to size at all.

How do we get hold of an email for this company and why are Instagram allowing these companies to advertise their goods.?
