The quality of the dress was very disappointing. Light, did not look the same as the photos. The fit was also off - I purchased a size medium as I saw from reviews to size up , however the medium didn’t fit. I ordered a back up dress from another brand and a size 8 there fit me. Overall for the price, the dress was nowhere near worth it. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Lady Pipa; and will no longer purchase from them again. The company & brand left a very poor taste in my mouth, which is disheartening as their dresses are nice.

For context, I purchased a dress, only to realize I had to pay an additional duty given the changing economic landscape. While I normally would have been fine with this, the problem was I was not informed by Lady Pipa about a potential duty fee on their website or in any communication leading up to the point where I was to be receiving my package. It was during the last mile delivery where I received an unexpected charge from the courier.

I asked Lady Pipa for some options - and the only thing they could offer was to do a return. To not provide customers with an upfront communication as simple as “cost does not include any import duties & fees” anywhere on the site and then not doing anything about it when the customer receives a fee that is 25% of the cost is frustrating.

Given the competitive landscape of retailers and the clothing space, it’s not difficult for customers to find alternatives; therefore, for me, it comes down to customer service. I’ve had significantly better experiences with other companies who have been much more amenable when they realized there was a poor customer experience.

So all of that is to say while the dress I received I have no complaint about, I’m disappointed with Lady Pipa. For future customers who are purchasing from the US, please consider the additional costs you’ll have to bare when purchasing from this company.

Gorgeous designs but the material is tacky flimsy and awful and in no way matched the price tags.

The payment, the delivery and the communication were perfect. Love the quality and style of the dress. I didn't fit perfectly since i'm a little bit short but i alternated it and now it's perfect. I love it!

Pretty dresses, awful quality… feels like those cheap fast fashion boutique dresses. So unfortunate. I was willing to spend more money for these 2 dresses thinking they’re timeless, and I can keep them in my waredrobe forever. Spent $550 on 2 cheap material/ polyester dresses.

Then to top it off, I got “free shipping” and here comes an email from DHL saying I owe $98 at customs. Lady Pipa never even gave a notice or warning to expect that. So basically spent $650 on 2 cheap quality dresses! Yea so if you want your money to go towards a high quality dress, look elsewhere.

The dress I ordered was completely faulty. It was made extremely badly. The seam was not centred. The outer fabric would not align with the lining of the dress.

The dress was shipped out quickly however the material/quality of the dress did not match the price tag! The material in the photos looked thicker and better quality but the dress felt cheap in person.

I love the style — it’s very cute! However, the fabric feels a bit cheap for the price. It’s adorable, but the quality of the fabric doesn’t seem to match the cost.

Shipping was fast, and I’m grateful. However, the box arrived open because the glue on the seal did not remain shut. It looks like the carrier tried to keep it closed. Also, the quality of the fabric was terrible, and there’s way too much elastic in the seams. Overall, a flimsy dress. No liner, so it shows every lump and bump on my 5‘3“ size 4 frame. I expected something of much higher quality.

Delighted with the entire end to end customer experience. The delivery to the UK was seamless and fast with loads of tracking updates. Oh, and the dress arrived in fab packaging and also happens to be gorgeous!

I’m extremely disappointed by my experience with Lady Pipa. I placed an order of €407, but none of the items fit due to inaccurate sizing and misleading model descriptions on their website. I followed their guidelines carefully, but the pieces were far too small despite having similar measurements to the models shown.

To make matters worse, their return policy is strictly 15 calendar days, which is unreasonably short, especially for a premium brand. I was unable to access my items within that window due to unavoidable circumstances, and I contacted them immediately upon my return. Despite this, customer service refused any flexibility, showing zero understanding or effort to resolve the issue.

I even proposed a simple exchange, just to be able to wear something that fits, and they refused that too. For a high-end brand, this kind of rigid and impersonal approach is unacceptable.

Between the poor sizing accuracy, lack of transparency, and inflexible return policy, I sadly cannot recommend shopping here.

For a nearly 200€ dress i was a bit dissapointed with the fabric quality and it also came with some frayed edges. The design was pretty and corresponded with the pictures

The dress is perfect! True to size and excellent quality. It arrived quickly after ordering. I wore it to a wedding and was comfortable and confident the entire evening. It was unique and beautiful! I would definitely recommend to others looking for a unique, timeless piece.
