0 STARS- Abysmal Customer service

1 star, due to the fact 0 stars aren't an option.
Charged for renewal, requested refund within 10 minutes of charge being pushed through- ALL links on bottom of invoice receipt link to a dead customer service email, a dead domain(apparently a new one has been established) & a dead contact form.

The forms and canva templates are gorgeous and that's how they hook unsuspecting customers but the customer support and response time is significantly lacking, fine print unavailable until after your card has been charged and then tough luck- good luck getting it cancelled too.

Assitance from PayPal is also a dead end as they (" Lady") will embellish the truth, supply a gorgeous but non working website link and pretty legalese.

Avoid the headache and search your friend list or Fivver for someone to assit in all your Canva template needs- your business and wallet will be thankful!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, she debits CC even if you cancel

I have been a client two years ago (2022). Then, I have decided not to renew my subscription (more than 350$).
Despite my cancelation they charged me for 2023. They took 15 days to reply and refund.
Now in 2024, the charged me AGAIN more than 350$ and NO response on instagram, no response by email.
This girl is a thief!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER.
Same templates are free of charge on canva!!!

Good & Bad Honest Review

First I would like to say that I love the templates! There's a great variety of them and I'm pleasantly overwhelmed.

What I don't love is that I've been reaching out for over a month about a few templates that don't work and have yet to get a response. It's frustrating.

Don't join the membership - the worst customer service

Don't join the membership! If I could, I would give zero stars to forewarn people. Like others, I have tried endless times (at least eight times) to contact the business. This is to get a refund for a quarterly debit (from February 24) on an already cancelled membership (November 23). For over $120. It's basically fraud, as I can't get into the membership given it was cancelled (by Lady Strategist on my request) and yet I've been charged for access. My emails have been ignored ever since I attached the invoice showing the debit. The response below means nothing! All I want is a refund on a cancelled membership, yet the business refers to me emailing about accessing my account. I'm not in the membership and nor do I want to be. I just want a refund for money that shouldn't have been debited from me.

I would give a zero star

I would give a zero star, however, this is not an option. I have been a customer of Ladystrategist.com for over a year.
Up until now, I was happy.
THEN, I couldn't get into my account. I looked at my account settings as saw that I was not automatically renewed, so I though, well, ok, I'll just purchase again. After that--I was billed for the account renewal. Now I had 2 accounts. I email, email, and emailed requesting a refund on the second account. NOTHING.
AND I can't access my original account.
I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED.
I even tried calling phone numbers associated with this account. Nothing.
This is such poor business practice.
I truly like and have used the templates, and find them helpful for my business.
However, I will never recommend this business to anyone.
I would very much like to either access my account or receive a full refund.

Might be a scam

I wish I had read reviews first on this…

I wish I had read reviews on this company before engaging with them. I tried on several attempts to contact them regarding a charge for a renewed subscription that I did not authorise without success. I then cancelled my subscription via PayPal on the same day they charged me for the unauthorised renewed description, and lodged a dispute with PayPal. Responses from the company via the PayPal system were just shy of sounding like a templated generic response. The final message was to the effect of ‘sorry all sales are final’. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I cannot comment on the infographic products as I actually cancelled after the free trial period but was charged for the 1st year. Never opened any emails after the trial as I found the infographics simplistic and unimaginable.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible! Refuses to stand by their word and communication is terrible! I would not recommend them even on my death bed, I’ve been trying to get a refund since March and in April they said they would refund me and never did. A cautionary experience with LadyStrategist

My experience with LadyStrategist :
I never got to see their templates after I purchased a small USD$64 package and was charged instead AUD$401 for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted Ladystrategist who agreed to fix the problem. After stalling for several weeks, they came back to me saying the error was mine and no refund would be forthcoming. I successfully fought the charge with my bank by providing proof that I was incorrectly charged, and the bank refunded my money, but that took several months. 12 months later, this merchant has just attempted to charge me for another years subscription at AUD $441. Lucky my banks fraud department was on the ball and declined the charge.
