Colocan un precio de tickets en su web y en menos de 24 horas me llaman a decirme qu eel precio es el doble. No son serios, No recomiento comprar los tickets aqui.
They put a ticket price on their website and in less than 24 hours they call me to tell me that the price is double. They are not serious. I do not recommend buying tickets here.

I made a reservation for 4 round trip tickets from Mexico City to Chicago por next month
Everything went innitialy smoothly and the charged me 24612.42 mexican pesos for the 4 round trip tickets.
But after 2 days of not receiving my e tickets and confirmation order I contacted them and they told me that for me to receve the tickets I had to pay an extra difference of 17290.63 mexican pesos making it a total of 41903.05 MEXICAN PESOS
Reluctantly I paid them through pay pal
They told me I would receive my tickets and confirmation number i about 6 hours time
I don´t knowe what to tjhink but I felt cheated

My aunt bought airfare to travel from NY to FL roundtrip for $170. lafetravel never sent a confirmation code neither e-tickets. One day before departure, my aunt confirmed that the tickets were never purchased and lafetravel now wants $600!!!

I had an excellent service from Esteban.
My only downside is the strating price on the website I went. I saw a price, then called, then the flights tickets couldn't be available for this price. I took the deal even if it was higher price. After explanation, I understood that the price was out of control of the agent... and it was depending on the airline company.
I still had a professional, very polite, cordial and helpful customer service.

We paid 300$ per passenger for flights on the website. Next day we called them to get the tickets : an Indian guy (extension number 1001) answered the phone and told us those tickets were sold out... of course.

He said the cheapest alternative he found was 750$ per passenger, which we generously accepted even if this price was more than two times as expensive as what we signed for. This time, we specifically asked agent 1001 if the price was guaranteed, he verbally confirmed that it was guaranteed and that we should not worry and that he would handle everything (we asked the question three times and recorded the call as proof). He even made us sign a written contract with the pricing. The flight's price would establish whether we would book a more expensive hotel at our destination. Because of the written contract and his constant reassurance that the price was now confirmed, we trusted his word and booked an expensive hotel at our destination... What a mistake.

He called us 4 hours later, came up with an idiotic excuse that he did his 'level best' to get us the flights, but ended up failing doing so. The new price was now 800$ per passenger. We still accepted the offer, because at this point we already booked the hotel so we didnt have a choice to go through. We went through the same process again : verbal acknowledgement that the price is now final, written contract with the increased price (again, we recorded the phone call because we didnt trust the guy at this point).

He called us 4 hours later and guess what? He did his so called 'level best' and the price was now 1050$ per passenger...

Prices on other trustworthy flight websites were around 900 to 1000$ and his 'level best' was to come up with a more expensive offer after wasting our whole day.

Not only this guy wasted our time, our money, but on top of that he was extremely rude when we ended up refusing his ridiculous last offer. He was telling us that it's impossible that we found a better deal... What a clown. He kept on trying to get our money and spam called us, we had to block the phone number.

If you're unsure about going through with LafeTravel : do not, you will get scammed, lose a lot of money and a lot of time. Lessons learned. I would gladly pay more with a trustworthy booking agency.

By the way, I'm pretty confident all those positive reviews are fake, so don't get fooled and spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. You are WAAAY better off booking from trusted websites. These guys will try to hook you with cheap prices then tell you that other people already booked the given cheap price so they have to find other flights (even if you already paid for the cheaper price).

Once you paid, they will send you an email with a pseudo-confirmation stating that the prices are not guaranteed until you receive the official e-tickets. Let me make it easy for you : the prices you paid for are completely made up and you will NEVER get your tickets. Their business model is lying to customers to get them hooked.

They will then increase the prices continuously while always coming up with lame excuses until you're above average market price. Conclusion : you wasted your time and money.

Very bad experience, because I bought a ticket in a price and after 48 hours, I don't received the booking, and ask in many times for email and WhatsApp, customer service call me and said the price is no possible, is 100% more expensive. I don't recommended this company.

This company was very professional and courteous. They displayed exceptional costumer service and made my booking experience fun. I would recommend anyone their book flight with this agency.
