I ordered a birthday bouquet from them and honestly couldn't be happier with the service. The team was extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp from the moment I placed the order. I had a very long personalised gift message that I wasn't able to add through the website, and they happily took care of it and made sure the full message was included beautifully with the flowers.
They also contacted me to confirm the exact location rather than risk delivering to the wrong address, respected my request to keep the delivery a surprise, and even sent me a photo of the finished bouquet before it was delivered.
Most importantly, the bouquet itself was beautiful, fresh, full and looked just like what I was expecting from the photos online. The recipient absolutely loved it.
Really impressed with both the flowers and the customer service. I'll definitely be ordering from Laflora again. Highly recommend!

I have always used Laflora and never been disappointed. The delivered bouquets are exactly as the picture I order from. Staff is very courteous and accommodating.
They have always delivered on time and in a beautiful presentation box. The recipients always love the arrangement.
