Ho comprato un panino Ciao Ciabatti per 7,90€ all'aeroporto di Fiumicino e penso che rimarrò alla larga da questo punto vendita. Panino di una qualità imbarazzante, classico pane scongelato e lasciato lì da almeno 2/3 giorni. Non potevano scaldarlo perché non funzionava la piastra. C'è da dire che ormai anche gli altri punti vendita non son da meno. La qualità sia in aeroporto che in autostrada e' peggiorata tantissimo.

Ho immediatamente contattato il servizio clienti e ho fatto follow up dopo una settimana. Sono passati 9 GIORNI e non un sospiro.
