Great designs with flare and sophistication, easy returns

I have many items from L'Agence in my closet that I treasure and get lots of compliments on. Their website is really fun, and their clothing is edgy yet sophisticated, and usually very high quality. Their prices are high. I agree with another reviewer that their shipping is slow, but I will say their returns are extremely easy and free. In fact if you agree to a store credit they give you a bonus.

I did have a problem with one of their belts, which I stored in the dust bag, and wore exactly once. The second time I pulled it out of the bag to wear it the brass buckle was tarnished. Not sure how this could have happened while it was stored in the bag. It's very annoying for a belt that cost over $300.

But I'll forgive them because it's a great company with great flare and wonderful, creative designs that are both feminine and powerful.

Horrible shipping

I have ordered three times from this brand and each time I order online shipping takes so long I have to reach out and they always apologize and confirm it’s their fault. On items that are in stock and I purchase 500+ piece items. The last time I ordered did express shipping and the same thing weeks go by. It’s a shame. Since they have good pieces expect to never get your item unless you reach out a month later

Bad customer service

I was reached by the company and all seemed well until I asked for an apology by the person on the phone with me and they stopped returning my calls. That’s the least they can do. It’s good to protect your employees but not coddle their bad behavior while putting genuine customers on the side.
