Excellent customer service
I ordered several wrapping papers from the Stig Lindberg collection to frame and display the beautiful patterns in my studio.
The first parcel arrived slightly wrinkled, but customer service responded immediately and sent a replacement at no extra cost. The new set arrived in perfect condition!
Fantastic service and a great experience — highly recommended!

Disappointing
Cards took a long time to arrive and when did they arrived in crumpled reused tissue paper and cards themselves a bit bent out of shape. Disappointing.

Orbitkey stainless steel keyring
I bought an Orbitkey stainless steel keyring in April 2025 and on 2 January 2026 it basically fell apart and seemed beyond repair. However it turns out that the key ring had a manufacturer’s warranty for two years and Hold were happy to replace it with a new one.
