I've been shopping with Lagoon Baby since they opened. They provided me with cloth diapers, cute clothes, and a plethora of Jellycat. My kids are well beyond baby stuff, but we still get our Jellycat from the Lagoon. <3 Great service, great selection.
I ordered over $100 of products and they never shipped my items. They took my money and ran. I tried contacting them for two months, many times and several different ways (email, Facebook etc) and they ignored every single attempt to contact them. I had to go to my bank to get them to reverse the charge.
My husband was looking to order a gift for me and had found it on the Lagoon Baby CA website. Staff communicated wonderfully and were so kind and helpful.
The order was placed on Tuesday 7th November and it arrived this morning (10th November) - we live in the UK!
