Laijkit Property Reviews

Punctual and responsible. They are thorough and don’t sacrifice quality for time. Our report was comprehensive, helpful, and extremely useful for purchasing purposes and caring for our home in the future. I would highly recommend Daniel and Britt for your home inspections. Friendly and professional service too.

Thorough and extremely helpful! Daniel was very thorough in his report, including over 100 photos to detail exactly what he was recording in the report and to give me a strong idea of what to expect. He has also been helpful in giving advice on what is normal in Portugal, what to expect in terms of difficulty to repair, etc. I highly recommend!

We can highly recommend Daniel and his team from Laijkit Property. he has been in regularl contact with me and responded to my messages in a prompt and efficient manner. The inspection was conducted in a timely manner and we received the report within 2 days. Thanks to the report and some problems brought under our attention we were able to get an indication of how much renovations were needed on the property. I think is is cruical for prospective owners to fisrt make use of their services before just blindly commit to prurchasing a property.

I very much doubt the qualifications of the engineer who did our building inspection. Nice looking report but full with measurements and items that were irrelevant to me and other issue's were missed. Where I had doubts, it could not be analysed. Apparently also no knowledge about the roofing construction, what makes the whole report incredulous from the start. I'm even too embarrassed to show my husband, don't understand how this could as you mentioned be used in court. Was just a waste of more than 900 euro's (and didn't register my NIF ?)

Fast, efficient and thorough. Helped us by simplifying more technical points so we could understand them. Well worth using on your property purchase for peace of mind!

Very prompt and professional. Daniel answered all my email inquiries very quickly and provided a thorough inspection report within 2 days of viewing. They were also very friendly on site.

Fast, efficient, clear, English speaking

Daniel was transparent about pricing upfront and inspected the property meticulously. He is very responsive, scheduled a day in close proximity to my call and arrived punctually. The report was clear included pictures and suggestions.

We asked Daniel to inspect a building that we would like to purchase. Fist of all the communication is great. And second the report that was the result of a meticulous inpection was very insightful. I would recommend the services of laijkit Property and Daniel Highly.

Daniel was very pleasant to work with and was able to be flexible to schedule the inspection.
The inspection was done in a professional and thorough manner. He was also able to help me understand the area, which was a bonus because we are located in the USA and buying remotely.

Daniel and his partner responded positively in our hour of need. He rearranged his busy schedule to arrive on site the very next day after a four hour drive from Lisbon! We were immediately impressed. Daniel went about his business in a professional but friendly way after listening to our particular concerns. He gave the property a thorough inspection from top to bottom taking photographs as needed and only stopping to bring our attention to details he thought we should know about on the spot. On completion of the inspection he left to drive another four hours back to Lisbon yet was able to provide a detailed, comprehensive and professional written report within 24 hours in order to meet our offer deadline. Well done Laijkit Property, that gets an excellent mark in my book. I noted that Daniel has put his family name to his company, that should give any potential client confidence that he stands behind his work. I have no hesitation in recommending Laijkit Property's to any potential client. Thank you Daniel.

Fast professional and efficient service. Pleasure to deal with.

I can highly recommend Laijkit Property. I worked with them on a house inspection and they were prompt, on time, professional, and very helpful. Will gladly be a repeat customer!

I had a great experience with Laijkit Property thanks to a recommendation. Daniel has been great at pointing out current issues and remediation, as well as providing tips on various topics concerning the house as well.

Based on a recommendation I used Laijkit for a survey of a house we have purchased in the Cascais area in order to determine whether there were any hidden concerns. Daniel and Britt did a very extensive external and internal survey days after making the request, and the report (which arrived one week later) was detailed, clearly highlighting areas of concern and recommended priority. Would definitely use them again.

Had a very good experience with Laijkit Property. Very professional team and a very high level of knowledge and efficient execution of the property inspection.

The property report was very detailed and all details were clear and easily understood.

Can warmly recommend Laijkit Property for anybody having issues with their property, or a property they are looking to acquire.
