The actual necklace looks reasonably ok. Time will tell. My biggest disappointment was the cheap plastic pouch strip they came in. Stapled at the top. Not the gift case they were shown in on line. M... See more

I really wanted to like this company, but I ordered the "buy one, get two free" cross and crown necklaces — I doubled the order, expecting to receive six necklaces. Instead, I was charged almost $200,... See more

The jewelry is beautiful but my bracelet turned within a week & my necklace chain broke in about 2 weeks. The cross for the neck is still beautiful & I will be purchasing a new chain.

I also never received my order. After numerous emails back and forth, I just gave up on this company. Will not order again. They do not stand by their claims. Very discouraging since I ordered... See more

Written by the company

Lainly is a faith-based jewelry brand built by a small Christian family who believe accessories should do more than decorate. They should carry a message. Every piece we create exists to help you carry your faith wherever you go, and to make it easy to put a reminder of God's love into someone else's hands. We started Lainly because we wanted jewelry that felt personal, not mass-produced. Every necklace, bracelet, earring, and ring we make is waterproof and tarnish-free, built to hold up to showers, workouts, humidity, and years of everyday wear. We back every piece with a lifetime guarantee, because we want you to trust what you're wearing, not worry about it. Faith and gifting go hand in hand for us. Many of our customers order pieces to keep for themselves and pieces to give away, to a daughter, a friend walking through a hard season, or someone who just needs reminding they're not alone. That's the heart behind what we make: jewelry as a quiet, wearable way to spread His Word. Lainly began as a brand for women of faith, and we're growing into a home for every believer who wants to wear what they hold true. We're grateful for the thousands of customers who've trusted us so far, and we work hard every day to earn that trust with quality, honesty, and real customer care. Whatever you're shopping for today, we hope it becomes more than jewelry. Faith first, always.

I would give you less than 1 star if it…

I would give you less than 1 star if it was offered! I ordered 2 cross necklaces as Christmas gifts last October- money came out of my account and I recieved NOTHING. After several months and several complaints, you admitted you received the money and you would send the necklaces… I never recieved them. Then you promised to refund my money… YOU NEVER DID, then came up with another excuse… now you have the gall to ask me for a review -

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I bought 3 of these cross necklaces in silver and all 3 the crosses tarnished, and of course it was right after I hit the return policy window which is 30 days and it can't be opened or worn! Definitely unsatisfied and will never purchase again

I would give Lainly no stars if I…

I would give Lainly no stars if I could. Order placed on 3/24/26. After 24 emails and the same basic email response I still haven’t received my order. They did give me a total discount of 30% ($12.00)for inconvenience but they are refusing to give me a full refund. The tracking number shows no movement since 4/12/26 and all tracking provided is vague. The package is obviously lost if it even shipped at all. Doesn’t specify where the package is and who the current carrier is so I doubt that the order physically shipped

Updated - Can't make contact with company

UPDATED (see end) Placed my order on April 5th. I received several different emails...order confirmation, shipment info, shipment update, and a running late email. I could never check the status or tracking. Every time I would click on either of those, I would get threat blocked saying it was malicious software. I suppose I will just accept the fact that I lost my $$ and will never get what I ordered. ;( I will definitely update my review if I actually receive my order.
UPDATE: I received my order today. Shipped from Illinois. Although I ordered it on 4/05, it wasn't shipped til 4/15. I ordered the Cross & Pearl necklace (buy 1 get 2) They are lovely and before I give as gifts, I will wear one and shower with it on for a week to see how it holds up. I give it 4 stars-not 5, since I had no way to contact the company or track my order even though they sent emails & tracking #.

I feel the same way I wish I could give…

I feel the same way I wish I could give a negative for this company within a few months the crown tarnished and it says lifetime warranty, which is false advertisement. They will not replace it. They said it’s past the 30 days or what’s a lifetime warranty if you only have 30 days to return it and it happened on 60 days first they said they’d give me 20% off another necklace now they’re saying 30% 35 and now they’re saying they’ll give me a full refund on one necklace. This is ridiculous and let’s see if I get my refund.

Negative stars

Negative stars would be more appropriate. Not to be redundant, but they do ship from China and customer service is terrible. Upon receiving the items, I could see through the packaging that they looked cheap. I would not give as a gift, which is what I bought them for. When I asked how to send them back for a refund I was told that since I received what I ordered, they saw no need to refund my money. But, as a “goodwill gesture” they offered 10% refund! After many emails, I was finally offered 30% refund. Long story short, not a Christian company, not a US company, not a company you want to do business with.

I wish I could give negative stars!

I wish I could give negative stars. Using Jesus to scam people is actually insane. Ordered a package and it never came. Requested an email, unless you request 2-3 times they will not respond to your request. After 2 months I emailed them due to my package number being expired and they said “it will be there in a week or two” was it delivered? No. I emailed them again (2-3 times before I got a response) “we’re looking for it”. Another month and I emailed them again and disputed my charge with my bank. Please do not buy from this company, it’s a waste of time and a scam. I’ve never had such horrible customer service. I purchased the item December 27th 2025 finally disputed it April 1st 2026

Excellent Heirloom Gift

I had a very good experience and love the beautiful cross and crown necklaces. I bought one for all the girls/ladies in my immediate family. They are so very pretty. A very nice piece of jewelry that represents our shared faith in Jesus Christ. I felt good knowing they are all made of sterling silver and 14k gold plated, won’t tarnish and waterproof. They come with a lifetime guarantee!

I bought the cross and crown necklace…

I bought the cross and crown necklace for my daighters for Christmas and by Febuary they were already tarnished and the finish gone. The jump ring broke on one the first time worn. I messaged the company and they said "after carefully reviewing it they had been worn for an extended period of time". I guess these necklaces are just meant to be twirled in front of lights to look pretty. They finally agreed to a 40% refund.
