I love most of your wines and the delivery is always prompt. In my order there were 6 bottles of “The Waxed Bat” which my husband and I did not care for. We did like the Pila 5 and really like the Pillastro. I always think your prices are very good too!

Got the wines I wanted quickly.

My favorites were offered and quick delivery. But I did miss out on the free wine glasses...some how they did not get delivered. The was what tipped the scales as you why I ordered when I did.

We are enjoying the wines. Not a bad price for the quality of wines we receive. My wife loves the advent calendar. Wish the calendar could be all reds and we don’t care for whites all that much. Like the variety. Need to have more. While we like a bunch if the wines, we also like trying different wines.

My concierge Clarissa is so knowledgeable and helpful creating the best cases based on my preferences.

Fed X delivery in our area makes you wait at home all day. Then they don’t show up.

Good wine selection with a quick delivery

I like the variety of your offers as well as the high quality. Never had a bottle I did not like!

The Customer Service team is very friendly, but not so much knowledgeable. I did have a bad experience with one Customer Service rep that seemed like he just needed to get home and couldn’t be bothered to get things correct with me and answer all my questions. It was very frustrating and I wish I wouldn’t have placed an order with him, but I did . I also placed an order with another Customer Service rep, and the rest of the team was very friendly however, the gift that I sent to my friend in Florida from the fantastic fall collection, they did not get their Wine tote so I had to request that and they just received it today so , Thank you! However I ordered some wine for myself and I only like red and the flyer that I got in the mail said if you don’t want this fall mix, you can go online for all reds or all whites all got just 11.11 a bottle. It was very confusing because nobody knew what they could give me for the all red option to fulfill that order for the fantastic fall mix at that sale. Price and I had to go through a lot of hoops and get a supervisor involved and basically make four or five phone calls just to get my order placed and I think that was a little frustrating as they’re the ones who sent this information and said this is what you can do if you don’t like this fall mix, and I read the flyer to them and no one seemed to know that it was called the fantastic fall mix, and what it was and one of the reps argued with me and I didn’t understand that either cause I was looking right at the flyer and I still have it in possession so I did have some concerns. The Wine is good , so that’s the enjoyable part but I didn’t get a wine tote and I didn’t understand why I didn’t get a wine tote just because I had to go a different route with the order . 😞
