Split seal/poor construction
I bought a pair of Lakeland Men's Wellington Boots for my son 2 years ago. After less than two years of moderate dog walking use the seal between the heel and the rest of the boot split and despite glueing with Stormsure Adhesive and clamping for several days as advised by Customer Services both boots continued to leak. I was naturally disappointed given the price and put this down to poor manufacture. I am still getting use from 10 year old Aigle boots.

Well fitting lightweight garden shoes
I bought these garden shoes as a gift The recipient was very pleased with them They are lightweight well fitting, true to size and colour I cannot comment on durability as they have not been worn in the garden yet

Poor quality and delivery, but a good response
I ordered some slippers, they were very poor quality, and the delivery was slow. The same item could build better bought for half the price on Amazon with next day delivery. Lakeland handled my complaint very well, they immediately issued a refund without any proof of return. They should stop selling these slippers, they tarnish the brand.
