We wanted a special family break to tie in with our 25th wedding anniversary and wow did we get it.
Beautiful accommodation and the indoor pool made it soooo special ! The grounds were also beautiful and ideal for our dog walks. Our only suggestion to improve the accommodation was to please invest in a tea pot 😉
The surrounding countryside is also fantastic. Don't forget your walking boots but be aware the nearest town with supermarkets and take-aways is about 8 miles away so make sure you plan ahead 'cause there is no "nipping to the corner shop".
We loved it and want to go back again once we have had a chance to save some pennies.

We stayed in The Barn at Lakes Edge for a weekend to celebrate an important birthday.
We were 6 adults and 4 children, and had plenty of space, utilising both the garden and the amazing pool. The children absolutely loved the pool, and the adults would also join in.
The accommodation was well equipped and maintained.
The kitchen was enormous with a table big enough for all of us. The children loved sitting at the island on the comfortable bar stools.
The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds very comfortable. The master bedroom was cavernous.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. In the run up to our arrival, they were very patient and answered our questions quickly.

As soon as we arrived and looked at our surroundings I got such a sense of peace. If you are looking for a beautiful quiet location in a well appointed luxury Lodge this is the place. Could fault nothing as everything you needed was available, plus lovely to have your own sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy. Took two small dogs and they enjoyed exploring just as much as we did. Can highly recommend.

What a wonderful weekend. We booked The Poachers Barn to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and we were not disappointed. The place was wonderful and the pool was an extra bonus. Liz, Shan & Carri could not have been more helpful. They were even involved in the whole surprise. We will definitely be returning

My wife and I have been lucky enough to stay on the estate previously in Adam but had never been to the main cottages on the other side of the estate so it was a privilege to be able to stay in The Butler's Cottage this time. The cottage itself is fantastic and has everything you could possibly need and although staying on that side of the estate provides a slightly different perspective from the gatehouses is is one that is no less wonderful.

Liz, Carri, Kirsty and Shan made the whole process very straightforward and are a pleasure to deal with. Everyone lucky enough to work at Pudleston is very professional but at the same time their warmth and generosity of spirit always shine through.

Shan was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around the cottage and we soon settled in and made ourselves at home. A short while later he returned to the cottage with a bottle of fizz which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Little gestures can make a huge difference to your welcome when people are relative strangers and went a long way to making us feel very welcome.

Life is short and there's many wonderful places to see but Pudleston is as an oasis of beauty and tranquillity for anyone fortunate enough to stay if only for a short while.

They did it again !! I’ve been to lakes edge twice in the past two years, both visits the staff were lovely and it’s a beautiful place to spend time away. First time I went I stopped in Adam’s lodge just two of us and second was in the gaggles with a group of friends. Both properties are fantastic, well equipped and lots of things to do. I would highly recommend any of the two.

What an incredible place to stay. I have recommended it to all my friends. The barn and pool are thr perfect getaway and the grounds are magnificent. Beth is incredible and nothing is too much trouble for this amazing place . I hope to return for a few weeks - its that nice ! Gaynor Morris-Davies

We had such a relaxing time at Adams lodge. Peace and quiet with lovely walks followed by a sauna and hot tub, what more could you ask for.

Beautiful and magical place.
The woods were a great way to exercise and plenty of nature around to take pictures, lots of squirrels scampering and jumping!!
The sauna and hot tub was good for relaxation, loved it.
Staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. We were happy with the service and attention throughout the process.

What can I say other than lakes edge is just perfect! From booking through to leaving everything was just smooth sailing.
On arrival we were greeted by Beth shown around our property and all the amazing facilities and left to enjoy the complimentary Prosecco!!!!!
This holiday was by far the best we have had here in the uk. The cottage was perfectly clean absolutely spotless! The pool was fantastic! My children stayed in here from opening till closing. The hot tub and sauna was lush!!! We just can’t wait to go back again!!!! Thankyou to liz who came and refilled the hot tub half way through our stay. Think we may of used it all day on the Saturday!!!
The grounds were beautifully kept and walking through the lakes and the woods was such a lovely walk. Next time we’re coming for longer!!!

We had a weekend family gathering at The Gaggles - eight adults - and it all worked perfectly. House a great size, enclosed garden for dog, pool perfect size for us. Liz and her team were constantly available and worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect for us.

We booked the Adam Lodge, a lovely place if a little tired in places . We were unfortunate enough to have a wasp issue in the property , this was dealt with very professionally very by the management. We were upgraded to the Poachers Barn , lucky us .
For a party of 6 this place would be perfect , 3 double bedrooms , all ensuite. A brand new build with a state of the art kitchen . The best part was the pool , around 10m long , plenty and room to splash about in .

I wouldn't hesitate to book Lakes Edge again .

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Adam lodge in August and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay. Liz in particular was amazing at organising everything for me in advance and the lodge itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed a relaxing and quiet few days in Adam's Lodge at Pudleston Court. The welcome team members were very organised and efficient making our arrival (and departure) seamless. The lodge is in a quiet location away from the main house and other accommodations. The opportunity to walk around the private estate grounds was very welcome even though the weather was not that wonderful. The location is also good for visiting Leominster, Worcester and Malvern, which were all interesting in their own ways. We would highly recommend Adam's Lodge.

We had an amazing time at the Barn at Lakes Edge. We were 6 adults, 5 children, and a dog, and all of us really enjoyed our stay! The accomodation was really spacious and beautifully decorated. The private pool was really well maintained and a huge highlight of the holiday for all of us. Lakes Edge also has beautiful grounds, and we all enjoyed walking in the woods and around the lake. The people who work there were very helpful in recommending days out and answering any questions we had before arrival (thanks Liz) as well as really friendly and helpful while we were enjoying our stay. We would love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in the Poachers Barn at Lakes Edge. The property was pretty much brand new, and finished to the very highest standard. Solid oak flooring, smeg kitchen appliances... And then there was the pool!

One of our priorities was somewhere with a private pool that we could enjoy whatever the weather. We came across Poachers Barn after much searching in the depths of the lockdown in January, and we are so pleased we found it. The pool house was perfect - when it was warm we opened the bi-folds, when it wasn't so nice we kept them closed. The pool itself was a great size - bigger even than it looks in the photos. The estate is fun to explore and there plenty of great walks nearby. We made good use of the gas bbq (not a real bbq, but I can understand why with all that solid wood around!) and when the good old British summer rolled in we were able to cook some great meals inside with all the fab smeg kit they had.

Liz was incredibly helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had before, during and indeed after our stay.

A thoroughly well-run operation with properties of a very high standard. Book with confidence!

We stayed in the Barns in the first week of August and would very highly recommend. Beautiful place and beautiful surroundings, and it was great for the ten of us with so much to do. Loved the indoor swimming pool which the children absolutely loved, and was a real lifesaver on days when the weather wasn't so great. The garden is lovely, and there are loads of places to sit outside, the BBQ area is really nice.

Indoors it's a lovely huge place, all the bedrooms are nice especially upstairs with ensuite bathrooms which make it very luxurious. The kitchen was great where we could all sit around and chat for hours. The whole place was gorgeous and great for all ages. There are TVs in all the bedrooms as well which we didn't expect, and that went down well with people.

Would very highly recommend - in particular Liz was lovely and could not have been more friendly and approachable. Especially appreciated the bottles of fizz in the fridge waiting for us. Thank you so much :)

Perfect mini-moon in the Adam Lodge

Beautiful estate and grounds, peaceful and relaxing, with amazing accommodation - the lodge is stunning with everything you need and more, and the hot tub & sauna are the cherry on the top!! The only negative is leaving!!

Special thanks to Liz for sorting out a wonderful hamper selection and flowers for our arrival.

Couldn't recommend a staying here enough!

Such a fantastic location, beautiful accommodation and a fabulous pool, what's not to love! I can't recommend highly enough! Liz was such a delight to deal with, and really responsive. Can't wait to go back.

Glorious Gaggles

We had a wonderful return visit to The Gaggles at the beginning of June. All three generations had a super time. The children love the swimming pool and spend most of the day in the water. The adults took advantage of the steam room and sauna and were able to relax after a hectic time.
The grounds are beautiful and our two dogs were happy to walk around the lake while we appreciated the beautiful rhododendrons.
Lakes Edge is a glorious, peaceful setting with super, clean and stylish accommodation for all to enjoy.
We highly recommend a stay there.
