Totally trust the team
Totally trust the teams advice, no hard sell just passionate professional people who work with you to make sure you are happy and confident with the work that has been agreed. I kept changing my mind between wired or non wired braces and their absolute priority was to help me make the right decision for me, not how much profit they could make.

Sons First Visit
When we first arrived at the practice, my first impression was the modern, clean & welcoming environment. The staff were very knowledgeable but at the same time explained the treatment plan that even a 'daft dad' like me could understand. They explained things very clearly to my son who couldn't believe that he found going to the orthodontist a pleasure.
We saw the orthodontic therapists & the orthodontist. The staff were outstanding.
My son had an X-ray & an assessment.
The reception & nursing staff were kind & professional.
