It clearly states that they deliver world wide only to find out today with an email saying they can't deliver to bangladesh but instead they are happy to deliver at my uk address. Now my wife won't get her gifts for her birthday. First and last time using this website. Mis-leading customers with false information

Different design and long shipping

The first time I ordered there I was really happy. My package arrive really fast.
Now they are shipping from China which takes weeks. And when I got my order the bracelet and the necklace was knotted around the ring and I can’t take them off. Also what really disappointed me was that they changed the design but on the website it’s still the old design. The costumer service takes days to reply and is not willing to give me my money back.

Necklace fell apart barely a month…

Necklace fell apart barely a month after buying they have refused to do anything deliberately taking serval days to reply to email so they can say it’s been over a month. Wouldn’t buy from them clearly the reason why they have taken there website down

It’s only actually worn it a few times I’ve only had it about 3 weeks as it was ordered mid August and took around 2 weeks to be delivered. The fact is it’s not fit for purpose. Funny how you can respond to negative feedback in a matter or hours yet takes takes to respond to an email.

We offer a 14 day guarantee of money back for any of our pieces, this is clearly stated throughout our pages and website. As to our website currently being temporarily closed, this is due to us moving warehouses to improve on shipping time and overall satisfaction.

Also it is quite unfair of you to note that you’ve been wearing the necklace for up to a month just to make a complaint that it broke within the hour…

Great customer service

Reading the reviews I had similar experience, however after emailing the company on Instagram I had an instant response and was spoken to by Yasmin who was so professional, apologetic and refunded immediately. After my email, my order had arrived on the same day and I loved them! People are sayin they are cheaply made however it’s dainty Jewellery. Anyhow I had emailed them to pay as I had received my order and the refund. Yasmin insisted to keep the bracelets and the refund. This review I guess is to vouch the company isn’t a scam and through my personal experience they do have great customer service. P.s they just might need a new courier if there’s delays in delivery.. but give them a chance, new business always have teething issues. Lovely jewellery :)

I ordered the clover set for my…

I ordered the clover set for my daughters birthday. The money has been taken from our account but so far no delivery to date. This was over three weeks ago and although we have received one email saying that it is with a local courier, nothing yet has been received. On clicking track my order, It takes me to a website that is currently not working and the same when we try and contact with email. Such a shame as she really wanted this set.
