I ordered a diaper bag from La Maison…

I ordered a diaper bag from La Maison Dé Sacs. It took two months to arrive and when it did, I was very disappointed with the product. It didn't come with the stroller straps and the actual product was low quality. I want to now return and get a refund and I have had no reply from them after I've sent them a lot of emails. I'm not happy at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

DO NOT ORDER NOTHING, SCAM, FRAUD

I have ordered a backpack from this scam company 16th of June . Same day my sister sent me trust pilot revews, I was shocked, I paid almost 40 quid... I have sent them an email that revews are very bad I want to make sure that I will recieve my order . On the web site it says from 3-5 working days , they replied that due to a high number of orders it will be a delay , then they said that they cannot find this item and they have to ship from elsewhere and they don't do refund, really? No bag and no money ))))) Month later I asked for the tracking number....)))) guess what ..nothing then I have messaged them twice and I have always recieved automatic email : "Just to let you know we've received your email and our Customer Service team will be in touch within 3 working days (This excludes weekends) ." Not after 3 working days not after 3 weeks . I can't believe they are still operating and they have a page on Instagram and official website. For the numerous of complaits they should be investigated as FRAUD COMPANY!!!

If I could select ZERO stars I would

If I could select ZERO stars I would. DO NOT order from this site. ZERO products delivered in 5 weeks, ZERO confirmation of when it can be expected, ZERO customer service to speak of, only received 1 non automated response back which was frankly abrupt and rude suggesting I just had to wait. Disgusting site and disgusting people running it, they appear to be only in it to rip off customers and benefit from other peoples loss. I have selected to notify La Maison De Sacs about my review but I doubt they will give a damn....

Had to give 1 star as there is no option for zero stars!!
This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever come across!!!
I order with them on the 22nd of April it’s now the end of July and I’ve still not received my order. I have emailed them numerous times and their customer service is disgusting! I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and get no response other than an automated response.

Worst online company i have ever dealt…

Worst online company i have ever dealt with. Actually deserve minus star points. I ordered a phone cover on 5 May and still havent received it and its now middle of July. I have sent numerous emails but no satisfaction with their replies. Apparently they posted it to Peterborough according to the tracking but it should have come to me in Southampton. I have asked if they are still intending to send me another phone cover or give me a refund but they dont answer my question, just leave me with automated Covid 19 response. Not good enough.

This is a fraudulent company operating…

This is a fraudulent company operating outside of UK consumer laws. If you paid by debit card request a charge back through you bank for a refund. Report this company to Trading Standards. Also complain to Shopify through which they market their products

Worse experience ever!

This is by far my worse online shopping experience..
Cant believe it would take 3 months plus to deliver something and what makes matters worse is that customer service have the guts to tell you it hasn’t been 30 working days since shipping...
Will never order from them again!
I haven’t even received my item yet and I ordered it in March. Unfortunately I also ordered a bag worth £35. I wish i tried them with something cheaper before this..

Fraud company

REAL FRAUD CHEATERS THUGS

After 4 months I have received a bag which I ordered. The bag description on the website:

Omg, so not true. Its the cheapest bag I have ever seen, even the flee market bags are better then there bags. I paid £34.99 for a bag, where I wouldn't have paid even £1 for that bag. The pictures are awesome on the website and that's how they are cheating people. I asked for a return and refund, emailed them and please read the reply

In their return and refund policy every statement is so contradictory says we accept it but don't accept it.. ha...lol... imagine the customer service...wish I could put the real pictures of the bag somewhere so people should have a clear picture of these people who are real thugs... i would have rather charity that money, which I have put it in their pocket for a garbage

Gave one star because can’t give zero

Gave one star because can’t give zero. Placed order and emailed them saying if not able to do the delivery they stated of 5 days that order to be cancelled. Ignored my emails bar one saying still 5 days. They have now replied at LEAST 1-2 MONTHS !!! and it’s now to late to cancel. Avoid this company
