I have been ordering these marshmallows for a while and they are always exceptional! Not only that, the customer service is wonderful and staff go above and beyond.

For my most recent order, I had ordered some chocolate coated marshmallows to be delivered to my dad but it turned out that they were going to be delivered on the hottest day of the year.

I was contacted by Ruby who was worried they would melt en route and offered to post them either next day delivery to get them there before the hottest day, or later to avoid the hot weather altogether. Unfortunately I didn't get to the email in time so they decided to send them for the original delivery date and packed them up really well with an ice pack and insulated material! Despite the 32 degree heat they made it there intact and delicious :)

I was really appreciative of Ruby getting in touch as I hadn't even thought about it being so hot - such a nice personal gesture and really shows they care about their customers!

I will keep ordering hopefully for a long time to come! Best marshmallows out there 😊

We received a luxury s’mores box as a birthday gift - easy to use and transport toasting tin which we took to the beach, really nice shortbread biscuits and chocolate and the marshmallows themselves were excellent - definitely a cut above a normal marshmallow but still had the nicely toasted gooey-ness that you went in a s’more. Nicely packaged so perfect for a gift!

Got given a luxury toasting box as a gift and couldn’t believe how nice it was. Marshmallows were delicious and the roasting tin looked so classy. Will be ordering for others.
