Amelia Cox of Lamb Brooks was recommended to us by Right Choice Estate Agents. We were looking to move quickly and Amelia certainly helped us achieve that. The entire process from initial contact with Amelia to moving into the new property took just under 3 months and this included the initial buyer falling through and the property having to be relisted for sale. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Amelia was efficient and helpful throughout, and we have been able to spend Christmas in our new home! Thanks again Amelia!

Lamb brooks had in fact not communicated with my trust at all. Whoever is responding to their reviews needs to be extremely careful as it isn't good practice to lie. My case was passed to Lamb brooks on the 2nd of January. But contact was made on the 28th of January.

Last year I contacted these solicitors in relation to an awful- ongoing experience with a well-known hospital. Following a meeting with directors at the hospital, it was deemed that they had missed multiple opportunities to address my symptoms resulting in me almost needed blood transfusions, being a danger to society (I kept blacking out and sporadically hemorrhaging). I was provided a letter by the hospital confirming their liability and profusely apologising etc. They are even using my case as a study for further students. Lamb Brooks were very polite over the phone but took a remarkably long time to review the notes...only for their 'experts' to consider my treatment as reasonable and the likelihood of a successful settlement being 50%. Their breakdown account of my key events are inaccurate...when requesting a write-up of how they perceive my years ordeal, they declined. I am convinced they have muddled my case with someone else's as their interpretation doesn't even align with the hospitals conclusion. When I requested the report from their 'expert', I was made aware it was an over the phone chat that covered my case and as such, there is no expert report...
Just beware...they can waste your time and can inaccurately interpret your experiences. Luckily, Slater and Gordon have snapped up my case and their account of events aligns with my own, the hospital, and other medical teams involved with my care. Within a week they had reviewed my case details and I now have a contract. Lamb Brooks have taken months to come to this conclusion. Don't sign anything with anyone until you have contacted a few solicitors and pick one that truly cares about your case. While I have some closure from the hospital through their apology letter etc This experience with Lamb Brooks has attempted to invalidate both my experience and that if the hospital itself.

Nour and her team were absolutely wonderful. They made my wife who was going through a distressing time with her employer disappear overnight. Having previously used Lamb Brooks and always been very happy with the service, I appointed them to handle the selling of my mother’s property. This was always going to be emotional and although the chain was short, there seemed to be one delay after another at the other end of the chain. Adrianna kept me fully informed throughout the sale and was always professional, but friendly and helpful when I requested advice. Adrianna was easy to contact and extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrianna at Lamb Brooks.

The conveyancing team that handled our house purchase did not respond in a timely manner to communications, did not interpret our requirements correctly to the sellers' solicitors, did not give us clear instructions on the steps in the process, did not produce a comprehensive conveyancing report, and did not share key documents when requested to do so. As a result, we lost time in the process, suffered unnecessary anxiety about the outcome, and had to incur additional rental costs before we could move in. I would not recommend this conveyancing team to handle such a critical process in one's life.

I spoke recently to one of their family law specialists, who is guiding me through the ins and outs of financial separation and she opened my eyes to all of the complexities involved. Top-notch advice in my view.

Excellent service received from La-Toyah.
Initially booked an appointment to understand the process of divorcing and financial agreement. She was a great listener, very thorough, supportive, patient and tough when needed . She advised me of all available options and risks but also understood the reasoning behind some of my decisions, especially when it was agreed that is best for the young child.
She also kept me informed on fees and expenses throughout the process. The financial agreement was approved within 2 weeks from submission which was a great outcome.
I would strongly recommend La-Toyah for family matters.
