I was looking for a replacement for my mattress topper, something thicker, and wool, to make my hard mattress more comfy. Then I thought, what if I used a sheepskin rug... I already had one - 130 x 70cm, but it wasn't big enough to go from neck to foot, so I started searching online. I'd bought a slicker brush years ago from Lambland, so had a look around their website... so much choice! I prefer to talk to someone when ordering certain things and wanted to find out how thick their rugs were, so phoned. Quick to answer was Paul. He was very kind, patient and helped me make the right choice. The box containing my rug arrived two days later, as they had one in stock (lucky me!). I was shocked... it was sooooo soft and fluffy, felt like fake fur! yes that soft! Well I say that because compared to my rug that I bought in 2019 (and regularly give a good brush), it felt too soft (and I mean that in a good way!)... so I need to buy some of Lambland's Sheepskin shampoo and transform my old one now. But I still have a dilemma, the new triple 'rug' is way too gorgeous to hide away as a mattress topper and sleep on, it should be with me on the sofa in the evenings for supreme snuggly comfort.

Anyway I am sure you can guess, I highly recommend Lambland for their swift service, great customer service and wonderful product. I will be back for more.

Ordered two eco tanned long wool yellow Icelandic rugs. Quick confirmation of order & despatch. Delivery was really quick. The rugs are amazing, colour perfect, and as seen on the website. The rugs wool is lovely and thick and sumptuous under foot. The choice of sizes was really helpful. Absolutely thrilled with them, exactly what I wanted…and more!

I ordered a quad Jacobs sheepskin, and it was absolutely stunning! It far exceeded my expectations - super soft, gorgeous colour, and I love, love, love it. The quad was not available on the website, but a quick email which was followed up very quickly, and it was custom made and delivered within a week! I highly recommend this company.

Quick response to enquiry regards delivery day, impressed with the quality too, and not too pricey! Will definitely be ordering from this company again.👍

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a pair of moccasins which were dispatched via Royal Mail the following day but were not received. I contacted Lambland and they dispatched another pair the day after again via Royal Mail but again these were not received. I reported this to Lambland and they sent a third pair (this time by recorded delivery at their own cost) which were received and have proved to be very warm and comfortable. I cannot commend them too highly.

These are outstanding moccasins; the leather and stitching are superb. They look good , they feel good , the packaging was impeccable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I have placed a first time order for these Lambswool inner soles & I felt compelled to recommend them on this review.
They are so soft, comfortable and do not bunch up like others I have had. They are very reasonably priced and not too thick or thin, so pleased with them!!!

I had bought a new wool jumper last year and did not used it nearly 10 months and was hanging in my cupboard since then. Used it first time in January and noticed a hole near left cuff. Sent a photo of it and explained it to Paul Spencer. He acknowledged it and posted me a replacement without any fuss. Many many thanks Paul and thanks for your services and response. I received my order from you yesterday, the black steering wheel cover, I just had to let you know just how delighted I am with it, I brought my old one back from Australia nine years ago, I wore it out, now I have yours in pride and place, it is so lovely, soft and beautiful to touch! The quality is second to none! So highly recommended!

Before Xmas, I ordered a pair of slippers for my husband's birthday, but they didn't arrive. We've since learnt that this was due to the postal strike. When I called Lambland, they always answered the phone and immediately sent a replacement pair.
My husband absolutely loves his sheepskin slippers. Thank you.

I returned a rug to them which got lost in the post, and I then managed to re-order the one I wanted.....4 times! They quickly and efficiently refunded 3 of my orders, and the rug I wanted arrived in time for Christmas.My son was over the moon with his beautiful black sheepskin rug.I forget the name of the guy who helped me, but I do remember how helpful he was and what brilliant customer service he provided.

Excellent service regarding free return of slippers for a larger size.

Ordered sheepskin slippers for husband's Christmas in good time but left unopened until Christmas when I realised I'd been sent 2 sizes too big. Contacted the company (via Amazon), arranged a return and had the new slippers delivered on the same day I posted the return. Shame about the original mistake but well rectified.

As a supplier to major online companies I fully understand the complexities to the online supply chain. So taking this knowledge into account, it is companies like Lambland that give the industry a bad name.
I placed and order 16 days ago. Upon tracking the order i became aware that the order had not even left their warehouse. The product was advertised as in-stock. Clearly it wasn't. Professional online retailers try to ship under 24hrs. 16 days and the order is still not dispatched speaks volumes. I would never buy off this company again. I wonder if I will receive my purchase ??

Car seat cover arrived looked like it had been just thrown in a large box. Very poor quality stitching and a small tear at a stress point on the lining. Contacted Lambland they arranged collection of the defective product and delivery of a new one. The new seat cover arrived well packed and in pristine condition. How the first one slipped through quality control os a mystery as it was obviously a second. Thanks for sorting the problem but from a company like Lambland that item should never have been sent out

Just recieved fourth order from Lambland ,had a problem with one order ,but sorted promptly.Super company are Lambland.Will use again,and all products made in UK.Thank You all at Lambland.Cheers Andy.

Visited the store in Ilfracombe after browsing cushions online. Hubby paid and when we got home he gave me the receipt. Shockingly he had been charged more than £14 more than if we ordered online. I emailed them and they agreed to refund the difference and let me have them at sale price. The store is in a very busy tourist destination and the tickets are marked up above and beyond full price on the website (£17.50 online - £21.99 in store). I know they have overheads but at £4.49 per item, that's taking advantage of the tourist trade.
