Very Disappointed

I bought this kit because my experience with Lamin-x in the past had been good. This time, I bought a headlight kit along with doorsill protectors and was unhappy with the appearance of the film roll (shreds at the edges) and the poor precut shape of the headlight films. Didn't match well. Customer service made you jump through hoops to prove it, charges you a restocking fee and does not offer to pay return shipping, even if it is a matter of their responsibility as to why you are unhappy with it. No company that I dealt with in the past does this.

Headlight film is crap!

Ordered headlight film for my car with curved headlights. Was under the impression it was a straight-forward, DIY installation. WRONG!!! This film is CRAP! Absolutely NO help from Lamin-x. YouTube video doesn't show how to bend, heat, turn, stretch the film to fit the headlight. An absolute WASTE of my TIME AND MONEY!
