Absolutely top level. I was very anxious about flooring, I had no idea about measurements, what I needed, the amounts etc. Luckily, LaminaatPlaza has an extremely professional employee by the name of Enes.

He completely took care of the entire process. He gave me multiple suggestions, advice, sent me photos and videos and helped me do the whole thing in English. He always responded super fast, very positively and I seriously don’t think I’d get this service anywhere else.

Enes was the reason we decided to use them, and based on all the reviews below, it’s clear he’s done this for a lot of other people.

Highly reccomend to everyone! Try get a hold of Enes and I promise he’ll take care of you.

Fantastic experience! The laying workmen did a superb job!

The guy which came for the laminate asked me 300 euros for nothing.
They said I have to carry the laminate to 1st floor and they have to move the cupboards and clean the paints in the floor, which is not good.
I asked them that they can unpack the carton and take it to the 1st floor which they did it but just they had to ask extra money they harassed me, and they were also rude.
whatever was asked me before to do, I did it , the old floor was removed and there was only 1 cupboard in each room which they could have easily move and work on other side and then just slide it to done part.
This is not a good service and experience. I highly not recommend Laminate plaza, they dont have good service at all.

Enes was professional and very helpful! Communication was great. We had them install wooden floors and the installation crew did a wonderful job. When moving furniture in, I accidentally damaged the floor and Enes gave us a free bottle of oil to re-prime the spot I had damaged. It looks perfectly new again! Floors look amazing!

Good experience, it would have been better if silicone is filled in edges and also I was informed in advance if stairs need to be painted first.

The experience was great, the service was excellent friendly service and good response. Enes was great from the start with helpful videos of the colors as I could not get to the store. The installers did an excellent job and went out of their way to ensure everything looked perfect and beautiful. Pictures attached

We got the Laminaat flooring on time as mentioned and also it was fixed timely.

From our first visit to the days of work at our house our experience was top tier. We were helped by people who listened, advised and did their best to accommodate our needs and help us manage the obstacles. 100% recommend!

I ordered my floor online and instantly got the quotation sent. After speaking briefly with Claudia, I paid and arranged the date. No issues with delivery, turned up when they said and all was good.... that is until I opened a box to check.

Turns out I ordered the wrong floor (stick instead of click), straight away called to see if I could exchange and was told to email. I then spoke again with Claudia who helped me a great deal and made the exchange as smooth as possible. Only having to pay the additional amount for the click flooring.

Claudia is a credit to the team, she not only saved me from having the wrong floor and loads more work but also saved me from the "I'm not angry just disappointed" conversation from the wife.

Thank you Claudia, I will definitely use Laminaat Plaza again when doing the rest of the rooms in the house.

After Laminaat Plaza's installers finished putting in the floor, I was pretty bummed out. They left all the dust and trash on the floor for me to clean up, which took me ages! What is the point of hiring someone if I have to take a day off to clean everything after the job?
And to make matters worse, they hurried through the job, leaving some sloppy cuts in the flooring and skirting boards that just don't look good at all. Overall, I'm just not happy with how things turned out.

Lots of options to choose from. The only negative this is that the flat plint provided does not match the actual laminates all the time so a difference is very vivdly seen :(

High Quality Laminate at very competitive prices and very prompt service. The Installer Mr.Metin did an Excellentt Job and transformed the house. Very impressive whole experiance with laminaat plaza

Sales and delivery is awesome.
Delivery done as promised on the date. Installation guys' also came on time.
Installation is Good but as I have 2 objects in my rooms which suppose to move and installation guys need to take care. I can see some small scratches on floor after kast movement.
Overall service is Good.

Quick, quality, love it

Overall, had a good experience buying the laminate and getting it installed. There are good variety of laminate. Bit disappointed because we ordered Zomar Eiken Laminate, but received Wit Eiken Laminate. The image in the website is different than the actual product.
