Outstanding service and selection
I am shocked with the service. They know their customer very well!
I’ve never seen lighting like here.
The staff is very good too, Bakr was very friendly and professional. I showed up early one morning, and he were all ready to help, he picked my lighting better than my designers 😂 My order came under 3 weeks and 1 custom light for living room came in 5 weeks.
Everything was perfect, way better than other places I’ve checked out.
I also popped into other stores in Dubai, but honestly, none of them came close to service or selection here.
On my way there, I checked out some reviews and was a little unsure but after getting my light, I’ve got a message for the skeptics: if you can’t afford it, just go to Amazon or dragon mart for some fakes.
You cannot compare an iPhone to a Nokia.
